The hotel is generally great except....”

The hotel is clean, bright and new. The breakfast was fantastic. I will totally recommend to reserve a room with breakfast included. It's definitely worth it. It will give international travelers even better experience in staying in this hotel if the staffs can speak some English. It was pretty tough to communicate with the staffs at the front desk in English while I staying there.

Location!”

We only stayed for 1 night, but we love how convenient it is to get to it! It’s located near the West 6 exit of Hakata station, with plenty of food options around. The room was small as usual, but it was clean. The front-desk staff, Ms. K. Inoue, was also very helpful and fluent in English. She helped with the checking in and out, and also the luggage forwarding. We will stay here again definitely!

Spotlessly clean and very comfortable room”

The room is very comfortable and clean, especially the bed. Room design is also good, such that you find everything very handy. It is a pity that I did not have time to sample the breakfast provided because I had to catch a very early train. Would try to have a taste of the breakfast when I next stay in this hotel!

Staff are helpful but soundproof can be improved”

Staff are nice and helpful. They helped us to make a call to reserve a restaurant. Location is goodand near Hakata JR station and bus station, just few minutes walk. Lobby and the room is a bit small. I spent 2 nights in a twin room but we can’t open our luggages at the same time. Soundproof is not good and we can hear some noise in the morning.
