We used a petite hotel stay with two women after work. Pleasant points (personal opinion): - Each person has a skincare set from makeup remover to moisturizer! (Body cream provided! If it's a one-night stay, you can easily manage with just clothes and makeup videos!) - Separate pajamas available - Checkout at 11 AM - The unit bath is spacious! Bath salts provided! - Very quiet (maybe because it was a weekday?) Other impressions: The room on the 9th floor had an OK supermarket on the left, the Anpanman Museum on the right, and a vacant lot in front, the view is decent but nothing to complain about! At night, especially, the surroundings are dark, and it might be difficult to tell from the entrance to the lobby. If you're not good at walking, it may feel a bit far from Shin-Takashima.
I stayed at the hotel to match the live performance at K Arena. When I checked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and asked, "Is it for the live performance?" which eased my slightly tense feelings. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my reserved twin room changed to a king room. Before the concert, I relaxed in my room, and it was only a one-minute walk to K Arena, which was very convenient! After the concert, I was able to return to the hotel quickly using a priority route, avoiding any crowd, which was impressive. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to fully rest and recover from fatigue. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes, which was very satisfying! Next time, it seems I can request a room on the K Arena side for an additional fee, so I would definitely like to try that. This was an amazing hotel that made me want to stay here every time I visit K Arena.
I had a two-day live event at K Arena, and it was my first time staying there! The hotel is right next to K Arena, so I could relax at the hotel until the last minute, and if I got tired, I could return immediately, haha. Our room was a twin premium room. The beds were large, the bathroom was clean, and the amenities were plentiful. The large TV also had casting capabilities, allowing me to immerse myself in the afterglow of the live event. The water was in bottles, and when they ran out, I just called the front desk, and they brought more right away. I could enjoy delicious coffee and tea using that water! Although there was no ice machine or microwave on our floor, there was a floor with both, so I could use the ice bucket in the room to get ice. After the live event, they made a separate path for hotel guests to exit smoothly, making it easy to head back! At one point, a staff member rang a bell because they seemed to have confused our room with someone else's, but the manager quickly called to apologize, and they apologized again at checkout. We really weren’t bothered by it, so I was surprised that they took the trouble to call. I felt so appreciated that they cared until the end, and I was filled with gratitude for their courtesy. I didn't have the chance to use the restaurant or café in the hotel this time, so I would like to try them next time! I definitely want to stay there again whenever I go to K Arena! Even if it’s not for a live event, it was a hotel I would love to repeat!
I stayed on June 25th. There were many people checking in that day for the live event, to the point where there was a line. It seems I was upgraded to a slightly larger room. Being next to K Arena, the live concert was amazing, and it was also great to be able to return to my room within 10 minutes without losing the afterglow of the performance. There is also a convenience store nearby, so I could go to and from the concert without getting sweaty, which was very comfortable. The comfort and cleanliness of the room and the staff's precision were all satisfactory. Thank you very much ^_^

I used the hotel due to a live event. I had wanted to use it for a while since it is adjacent to K Arena, so I was happy to secure a reservation! Before check-in, I could use the cloakroom, and they were very polite when I handed in my items. During check-in, there were many guests using the hotel for the same live event, which was encouraging, and I received introductions to nearby facilities, which was very helpful. Some parts of the hotel were set up for the event, which added to the excitement! Additionally, there was an upgrade available on the day, so I was delighted to be able to stay on the K Arena side! I can't thank the staff who recommended this enough. To avoid congestion, the pathways were well organized so that guests could quickly enter the hotel from K Arena, clearly showcasing the advantages of the adjacent hotel! The bedding in the room was fluffy, and true to Hilton's reputation, the thick comforter and soft pillows provided a great night's sleep! It was also appreciated that the bath and toilet were separate. At check-out, the relatively late check-out time compared to other hotels allowed me to leave leisurely, which I was very happy about! The front desk staff cheerfully saw me off with "Enjoy the live event!" Moreover, I was able to leave my suitcase after check-out, so I highly recommend this hotel for two-day live events! It is extremely stress-free as there’s no need to deal with the hassle of storing belongings at the station or cloakroom! One inconvenience was the lack of vending machines. You can't get to the convenience store without going outside and using the external stairs, so I thought it would be nice to have vending machines inside the hotel. This was my first time staying at such a meticulously attentive hotel, and I regret only staying one night. I would love to stay before and after the next live event. Next time, I want to experience the restaurant, cafe, bar, and other amenities, so I would definitely love to come back!
