I stayed overnight on June 25th. On that day, there were many participants for the live event, and checking in was quite crowded. It seems that I was upgraded to a higher-grade room. It was a slightly larger room. Since it is a hotel next to K Arena, the live event was fantastic, and being able to return to my room within 10 minutes without losing the afterglow of the show was also great. There is a convenience store nearby, and I could easily go to and from the live event without getting sweaty; it was very comfortable. The comfort and cleanliness of the room, as well as the staff's accuracy, were all satisfactory. Thank you very much ^_^

Even though the location is not close to some of the tourists’ spots at Yokohama, the Hilton is a good choice to stay if you’re driving. We drove there and went around Yokohama to different spots. The hotel looks brand new and everything seemed sparkling clean. We really enjoyed our time there.
I made a reservation on behalf of my daughter and her husband who live overseas for their return to Japan. When I communicated this via email, I received an immediate response and was treated very courteously. The person in charge was not present on the day, so another staff member handled the check-in, and surprisingly, they were quite straightforward. Although breakfast and dinner were included, there was no explanation, location guidance, or tickets for dinner (even though there are usually no tickets for dinner), and if I hadn't heard from my daughter that dinner was included, they might not have gone. That was a little disappointing. However, when I arrived at the hotel to meet my daughter, the female staff member at the car drop-off was very cute and kind. She quickly offered to arrange parking for free for a short visit, which was very prompt and considerate, and I was quite impressed. Overall, I think the service and attention at this hotel are excellent. I'm glad I chose this one among the many hotels in Yokohama. Thank you very much.

“If you're going to K Arena, this is the only choice!”
I stayed at the hotel to match the live performance at K Arena. When I checked in, the staff greeted me with a smile and asked, "Is it for the live performance?" which eased my slightly tense feelings. I was also pleasantly surprised to have my reserved twin room changed to a king room. Before the concert, I relaxed in my room, and it was only a one-minute walk to K Arena, which was very convenient! After the concert, I was able to return to the hotel quickly using a priority route, avoiding any crowd, which was impressive. The room was very clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, allowing me to fully rest and recover from fatigue. The breakfast buffet also had a wide variety of dishes, which was very satisfying! Next time, it seems I can request a room on the K Arena side for an additional fee, so I would definitely like to try that. This was an amazing hotel that made me want to stay here every time I visit K Arena.
