“Great hotel - pleasant stay”
We stayed for 4 nights. Our room on the 4th floor was quiet. Room was spacious enough and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a nice place to store luggage as you enter the room with a mirror too. Toilet was clean enough. Amenities were plentiful. Breakfast buffet was decent with plenty of choice including a live counter for eggs and dosa. Apparently we could add a breakfast to the stay as our booking didn’t include one but the staff didn’t tell us about it when we were checking in. This is our only feedback in terms of service improvement. Unfortunately right outside the hotel was the construction of the metro. We didn’t notice any noise when inside the room but outside was a bit of noise. It also created a problem when booking taxis as it wasn’t easy for them to access the hotel and many a time we had to wait longer or had to speak to the driver to give directions. Overall we had a really pleasant experience and would stay there again.
