“Wish I could rate higher”
I would have gave this a 5 Star BUT there were some issues that brought it down. First, the positive: Great location-only 10 to 15 minutes to the parks and airport. Plenty of restaurants around. Great prices. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were very delicious. There was a nice variety of food for everyone. The room was a good size. We were happy that we could fit a family of 5 very comfortably in the room. We had 1(ONE) nice employee and I belief her name is "Jeffries" at least that is what her jacket said. Now the Negative: The hotel had had no hot water for a few days before we arrived and didn't say anything. Made for an unpleasant shower and bathing of a baby. We never had hot water in 4 nights. When we went downstairs to say say something the Guy told us we could just leave and maybe they will give us our money back. Housekeeping is only every other day which made it hard for a family of 5 to get towels. So in 4 nights we had Housekeeping 1 time. The refrigerator in the room was very loud because it was going out. Our food spoiled. The freezer was more like a fridge. The phones in the room didn't work, so anytime you needed something(towels, toilet paper) you had to go downstairs. I think there is only 2 handicap parking spaces total for 2 hotels. There was AC in the elevators or hallways. This was very uncomfortable when the elevator got crowded(and it did) then walking down a long hallway. Had we been notified in advance about the hot water, we could have changed our reservation to somewhere else. I would have loved to come stay again when we come back but the negatives outweigh the positives, especially with the service.
