Best hotel ever!”
Bayside was a great location to walk to the Pier or to Little Italy. Our 1 bedroom room with a sofa sleeper and kitchen had so much space for 3 people. Lots of counter space. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choices, including waffles; the fruit was always fresh and ripe! Loved the coffee and water available in the lobby as well as in the kitchen. Afternoon cookies were a delicious treat. The suppers were tasty as well. The open rooms with fire places on each side of the lobby were pretty and offered ping pong and other games. Wish all hotels could be as clean and comfortable as this one!!

The facilities are great from the heated swimming pool to fooseball in the lobby there’s plenty for everyone to do. The location is great close to the airport the marina and downtown. The room was comfortable and clean. The valet was very quick with the car. Overall great experience

Luxurious room that came with a kitchen, suitable for families who prefer to prepare their own meals and still want the hotel luxury. Costs of valet is very high though and there is no self parking. Would be better if this costs were more upfront.

The front desk never smiled to anyone. The manager looked like he hates his job and all the front desk crews had same rude tone. Shocking impression. They shouldn’t work

Don't waste your money!!”
Do Not stay at this hotel. This hotel has extremely rude front desk staff. they have two restaurants for breakfast. and I had breakfast at the restaurant which is charged not free. because I didn’t know it will be charged. the server didn't tell us it's not free restaurant. and she only asked us the room number. and when we were done with our breakfast, she told us it will be charged because we stay in Homewood suites, not hilton garden inn. (food quality was same as free restaurant) and we told about it at the front desk. and the front desk staff was extremely rude. when we told them about it first, they said the server explained it will be charged. and we said she didn't and if she explained it, we would never use that restaurant. after then they said they didn't train her that's why she didn't explain it. I didn't understand what they said. they kept changing their words. i argued with them about it and then they still charged. They said they had no authority, so they would let the manager contact me when he came to work. But the manager would never contact me. and they charged. they are extremely rude. don’t waste your money. and also this place is too loud. we couldn’t sleep all night.

Beau quartier. Suite propre au niveau 2. Le lavabo bouché. La télé commande est non fonctionnelle. Le train passe à 10 mètres , Si vous avez le sommeil léger, difficile de dormir. Le petit déjeuner est correct même si le choix reste très limité.
