Good location, Galleries Lafayette is just across the street. Also lots of eateries along side the hotel. Staff on duty during check in was friendly, but not the night shift staff when asked for water since it's common in Paris that hotels do not provide any free bottled water or kettle. So got to ask front desk for some hot water but staff simply brushed me off saying kettle is spoilt. Oh it was nice too that the room actually has a standing fan that could help ventilate the room since its winter and no air conditioning could be turned on. If window is open, it'll be too noisy from the street. Overall was a good stay, will definitely return to this hotel

Location, location, location. The price is reasonable for Paris. Otherwise the room is on the small ends even with the biggest room in the hotel. Good for shopping at Lafayette and other Opera stores.

Perfect location, thats why im a frequent customer of this hotel. However i was really disappointed with the receptionist( a tall women)attitude! I stayed so many times at this hotel, i always hope not to see her whenever check in or check out!

Well located but run down”
We stayed for 1 night at the Antin Trinite Hotel and although it was well located it was really run down and old. Our room was really small wish a angled roof, the bed was in a corner so one person had to climb over to their side. The mattress was sunken in he middle, the shower was behind the bathroom door and the bathroom didnt close unless you locked it. No mini bar / water in the room. Even the glasses were single use plastic 😳 I would not visit again to be honest.

The hotel's location is perfect. Just 1 street from big shopping malls and 1 street from the metro station. Just avoid during hot season as there is no air conditioning in the room.

Close to shopping but small and dirty”
I booked this hotel last minute during a trip to a Paris. It is really close to the Galleries Lafayette for shopping. The negatives were the size of the room was like a shoe box, small cramped, too hot and it was very dirty and dusty

I really want to make a big complaint about the receptionist (a tall women), she has really bad attitude. On nov, she was being very impatient to answer my question and rude to answer my question. And she told me that her colleague was being too patient which she cant do it. Im stayed this hotel for about 20 times from two years ago for my business purpose because the location is perfect as it just 50meter to walk to galleries lafayate. And this time, i met her again when i check out , this really spoit my day. Her face is really ego and impatient in answering question because i request to store my luggage. I like the the manager can really look into this matter.

hotel has no aircond in summer, 34C. and hotel has no kettle to make coffee, tea or even water because they want to sell you their water / drinks. Some staff are good, some staff are weird. I paid the similar price and get much better facilities from other hotel nearby

Ceiling in the bathroom is leaking”
Stay there for 4 nights the leaking was found out right after check in. And the leaking was continuously until we checked out. We ask for refund to stay at others hotel but they refused it. They said they aware about leaking problem but still put us in that room.
