Don't be concerned about the location, In fact it is a huge advantage of this hotel. Located just above the train station, it is super quiet and clean for a comfortable rest. You can easily reach anyway through the trains and buses downstairs, especially the direct airport bus to HND which is very convenient. The breakfast is also very good quality and worth trying. I recommend this hotel without reservation, and will re-visit next time.

I stayed here the night before my trip to Arima Onsen in Shin-Kobe, taking the early Shinkansen from Shin-Yokohama. The stay was very comfortable; I was given a room on a high floor with a view of Minato Mirai, and the night view was beautiful. The bathroom had a solid folding door that separated it from the toilet and sink area instead of a curtain, making it spacious and comfortable. The breakfast at Royal Host on the 10th floor was also very delicious. They made the omelet in front of me, and I could choose the ingredients; when I requested a smaller one, they gladly accommodated my request. I would like to use this place again on my next Shinkansen trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

“Wish I had used the public bath more!”
This hotel was great, but where the value really is is the public bath in the basement. Complete luxury! I regret not using it more. Our room was comfortable and quiet, the washer dryer was a huge bonus that made our 10 day stay a breeze. Only complaints were the room could get stuffy at times, no shower fan so showering made the room a bit humid, and there werent enough hooks for towels. We ended up hanging our towels on the clip hangers they provided in the laundry basket. Staff was kind and helpful, rest area on 2nd floor was great, and location could not be beat. Higashi Ginza doesn't have as many dining options, but the staff recommended a few places for our first night. Would stay again!
