Wonderful hotel and amazing location! ”
Pro tip: If you’re coming in from the airport or intercity trains, get off at Gare Saint Lazare and walk to the hotel. There’s lifts and escalators. The other train stations near the hotel such as Rome or Place De Clichy are older and don’t have lifts or escalators so it’ll be hard with large pieces of luggage. The location of the hotel is amazing! It’s in the heart of all the tourist attractions. There’s only plenty of buses that you can take to get from place to place and sight see at the same time. I think it’s a safer option than the metro, especially if you’re coming back from a luxury shopping trip. Staff are wonderful and friendly! Lots of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. It’s a safe neighbourhood at night too. Will definitely come back again to stay here in Paris!

Excellent hotel in good location”
We had the junior suite and were very happy woth our hotel room. We had a nice big room with comfy beds. Hotel is a two minute walk to the metro station. In a good location and walking distance to most places. Lots of restaurant and shops nearby and within a 5 minute walking distance. Very happy with this hotel!

Pros: The location is very close to the Metro station (line 8) which is easily accessible to tourist destinations. I liked that there is bathtub in the bathroom. WIFI is well connected (5G also provided)!! ★★★★★ Cons: Receptionist (a lady) was very friendly but on the other hand, the male receptionist is kind but wasn't that approachable as no smile... Breakfast isn't valuable - not many options & the service was slow.

The hotel location is superb. Just 3 min walk to the nearest station Rome. there is supermarket near by so can grab anything you need. would like to stay there again if visit paris. the room is clean and spacious for city like paris.

Pleasant ”
There were three of us in our group and we got the room with the balcony as we requested. That was great, we were able to enjoy breakfast Al fresco while admiring the architecture in the neighborhood. Location was safe and near the metro and bus stations. The hotel is near Montmartre area. The staff were helpful although some were a bit stern and gruff. The room was small but we understand that is normal for Paris. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Good hotel in Paris, not far from metro station”
We stay for short period during our transit to go back to our home country. It's good hotel in general for short stay. We had no chance to explore the area, but it's typical paris, plenty shops around for day to day need. It's located close to metro station, so no worries to go around paris.

Decent enough. Convenient location! ”
Finding a low cost stay in a Paris private room might be a challenge specially if not booked well in advance. I booked 3 weeks before on Easter high season weekend and was very satisfied. Some funky Parisian charm (a bit run down) good wifi, extra charge for lobby soft drinks or room safe, breakfast buffet is a bit bland but quality of ingredients is excellent. Location is very convenient right between metro stations and bus lines plus St Lazare a casual stroll away. Would be back willingly.

Strategic Location”
Location is accessible to Metro and other amenities. Its near to Montmarte as well. The receptionist (Sophie) was very friendly. We did filed a concern to one of the receptionist (guy) on the aircond which wasnt functioning but was informed to retest again as he cant leave the reception desk and he requested for us to call him up again after 30min. We restested and the aircond still didnt work, called the receptionist and he didnt showed up to our room as well. We had to live 2-nights without aircond but thank God the weather was breezy at night, though it was a bit heaty in the afternoon. The sink had a bit clogged as well. Suggest the maintenance team to do regular check up on the rooms on regular basis. Overall, it was an OK experience.

We booked a twin bed room and they placed us in a double bed. We changed room the next day and the shower head could not be adjusted. Overall the staff were very helpful and the location is good

Simple and Budget hotel”
Room is basic and simple. Hotel lobby is nice and so attract an inconsiderate Chinese female guest staying there all day long with her bare feet on the couch! Room is clean. Bathroom with necessary amenities. But some bad design like TV is set too high, fridge is put under the desk, etc.

Value for Money”
The hotel is approx 8-mins walk from one of the subway and a minute walk to a local grocery story which is great! Couple of food options within a few steps away. Whilst the staff is okay, I think it will be great if they were friendlier and need to go the extra mile to help their guests. I forgot my phone in the van that dropped us to the train station which they have arranged for us, when I called her again to ask for the status if the driver is coming back (my train was leaving in 20mins!), she told me to call the company and the driver myself bec she was busy! I told her I don't speak the language and it might be more efficient if they talk to each other in French (i tried to call the driver and I think he spoke very little English), and she told me to just call the company bec she has a lot of things to do! I actually said, "I'm begging you please." and she just said "I'm busy." I also asked for them to look at the our toilet flush-that was ignored too. Hotel is old.

Very small room, the pictures are not real.”
Rooms picture is not real. The pictures are very nice and looking comfortable but in fact, a very small room. There was not enough space to open my suitcase. I had to leave early because of a mandatory situation. But my 1-day price was not returned. They are right about this subject. But this is a negative situation for me. The location is nice, close to a metro station. Cleanliness is acceptable.

Lovely hotel room and strategic location”
Berne Opera Hotel has a very comfortable hotel room and kind staff (the staff are very helpful in giving the information i need). The location is very strategic because it will only take three minutes to get to the metro by foot, also around the neighbourhood there are a lot of good restaurants so it is really easy to find food to eat.
