Hotel was near Madeleine subway station which are in close proximity to key attractions like Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe although the nearest subway entryway seems a little dark and dangerous with little commuter traffic. We usually walk abit further to use another entry. Food options are also a few mins walk away. There is a cafe right below the hotel that seems to be bustling at night however we didn't try. Room was clean and bed is very comfortable. I had very good sleep :) Shower/toilet were separated which was perfect for us to get ready or wash up for the night. Water temperature and pressure was great too. Staff were very helpful as well!

Amazing stay at Chavanel Hotel!”
I would definitely stay here again if I come to Paris. Location : (+)The location is excellent! Walking distance to Gallery Lafayette and Printemps ( on the right hand side ) (-) a bit noisy at night if you open windows while you sleep Cleanliness: The hotel is clean, modern and rain shower is excellent , i really enjoyed it ! Comfort: We booked a double bed but it was actually combined with 2 single beds,still comfortable. Staff: They are so friendly and helpful especially the guy(I forgot to ask for his name,he was on duty on the9March afternoon),he helped us to arrange the taxi to Airport and also helped me to carry my super heavy luggage to the taxi.

Perfect stay in Paris”
We had an outstanding stay at La Chavanel! 5 minutes to Galeries Lafayette and 20 minutes to the Louvre. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The room was always tidied up with fresh water teabags fresh towels and so on. Everything was super clean and the personnel extremely friendly! Unwound always come back when visiting Paris! Highly recommended 😊

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Chavanel. We arrived at 12pm and the check-in process was swift and straightforward. Our room was also already available. While the rooms were small, it was typical of hotel rooms in Paris. The twin beds were also larger than those we experienced from global hotel chains in prior visits. The rooms and hotel were also kept clean and stylish throughout our stay. The staff were always friendly and polite to us whenever we went to the hotel lobby. Beyond these, the location of this hotel was superb — walking distance to great food establishments (e.g., Cafe Sud, Les Bacchantes), shopping malls, and multiple train stations even for travel beyond Paris. Overall, I would definitely return to Hotel Chavanel on my next trip to Paris!

Had a pleasant stay. Able to check inn slightly earlier. Small clean room with all facilities and helpful staff. Location very good, central for metro and close to Lafayette.

Best location”
I love how modern but intimate the hotel design. The bath room is quite small (toilet was separated with the bath area). But the matras was super comfy, best location close to printemps and lafayette. A lot of restaurants nearby. and the staff was friendly! will definitely recommend this place.

Great Location!”
There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. There's also a metro station "Madeleine" within walking distance, making it accessible to all the major attractions. The Opera station is within walking distance as well. For us, we preferred the standard room over the superior room. It felt more spacious and the toilets are together. The superior room had the toilet in one and the bath in another. Most of the staff were helpful, just one who was constantly watching YouTube videos that was using up the WIFI bandwidth in the hotel. The internet speed in the hotel is terribly slow, so if you're thinking of working from here, you can forget about it.

Great location, small but comfortable hotel, very helpful staffs. I need to take this opportunity to say THANK YOU for the young man staff ( I don’t have his name), he helped me in arranging Laundry service in Sat/Sun that originally no Laundry service on Sunday but my check out was on Monday Didn’t see him again , so couldn’t say thank you to him personally. The only bad thing is too difficult to book this hotel , always Full^^

Boutique hotel in the heart of Paris”
The hotel is located in the center of Paris, close to multiple department stores and many excellent restaurants. The room was clean and modern. The staff was super friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Paris vacation”
This hotel is located very well close to metro stations and a bus station straight from the airport,Boissy Bus. We did not avail of breakfast because @e22.00 each,which is not too bad for paris ,there is better value across the road in a french cafe! Rooms are tiny,even by French standards but a fantastic shower made up for this.All the staff spoke english and were very helpful. Thanks Hotel Chavanel
