Nice room but with issues”

Location is good but not really tourist friendly. 15 mins walk from Gare de Nord, and Galeries La Fayette. Drain of the shower was clogged, but was fixed the next day.

Not for kids ”

I have been to Paris many times so I know hotels can be very pricey, old and dirty so here is the honest truth. If you are traveling on a budget for a young couple or single is ok. Location is fantastic but NOT very clean and the smell of smoke is intolerable!!!!!! Not good for kids! Rooms are tiny!!!! But you get what u paid for!

Μη βοηθητικό προσωπικο”

Ενώ η πρώτη μας εντύπωση ήταν καλή καθώς το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό και το δωμάτιο αρχικά καθαρό, στη συνέχεια όταν χρειαςτηκαμε βοήθεια, το προσωπικό ήταν από ανεπαρκές έως αγενές! Συγκεκριμένα τις μέρες της παραμονής μας υπήρχε γενική απεργία στο μέτρο και στο τρένο και ζητήσαμε τη βοήθεια του ξενοδοχείου να βρούμε τροπο να πάμε στη Disneyland. Ρωτήσαμε αρχικά αν υπάρχει κάποιο λεωφορείο για εκεί και ενώ ο υπαλληλος τηλεφώνησε σε μια εταιρεία και βρήκε θέσεις, όταν Τις απορρίψαμε γιατί οι τιμές ήταν πολύ υψηλές, ήταν επιθετικός και φανερά εκνευρισμένος που δεν τις κλείσαμε! Επίσης, όταν ζητήσαμε από άλλη υπάλληλο να μας βοηθήσει να νοικιάσουμε αυτοκίνητο η απάντηση της ήταν: κοιτάξτε στο internet! Καμία βοήθεια! Το πρωινό ήταν πολύ απλό και όταν δυο συνεχόμενες μέρες τελείωσαν τα κρουασάν στις 9:00 και ζητήσαμε επιπλεον, η απάντηση ήταν ότι δεν υπήρχαν άλλα!! Το πρωινό τελείωνε 10:00! Τέλος δυο μέρες μας έφεραν βρώμικη πετσέτα! Υπάρχουν περιθώρια βελτίωσης... δεν θα ξαναπηγαινα

Acceptable”

No wifi or internet connection at all (3 days stayed) at 5th floor whereas my family room booked, and no kettle and cups provided in the room. I want to request for a refund from the hotel because I have to buy wifi separately even though the hotel clearly advertised that wifi is available 24/7

Polite and friendly staff”

Very good stay as the staff at the reception were very informative and friendly. Room is very clean and walking distance from Opera and Galaries Lafayette.

Plenty of rooms for improvement ”

The lady at reception on our arrival day July 17 was excellent. The gentleman at night shift at on July 17 and 18 was kind and polite. The rest of the staffs or owner or manager or whatsoever position were rude and snobbish attitude. We paid to stay at the hotel, not to beg for a space to sleep. Please learn some customer service manners, as simple as putting a smile on your face and simply greeting the guests. Breakfast was bad. Toilet/washroom in the room too small, and kinda flooded after shower. Pillows, if the hotel know what’s that for, get some good pillows, it won’t cost you too much.

Boiler out of order”

Room condition was good and breakfast also OK. But the manager and staff is not that much professional when they have some complain from guests. There was boiler out of order problem one day during we stay. It fixed but it took more than a half day.

Nice but really need a refurbishment”

The place is not bad at all but we had a bad experience with long blackout on our last night stay there. The staff may need to learn on how to tackle the guests during crisis period like the blackout. He surely make me regrets staying there! Anyway, the rest about the hotel are ok & I would recommend you staying there😁

Location”

Hotel close to amenities such as Metro within 5mins of walk, Fast Food (Mac Donald), halal and eateries (pastiteries), Mart. Room is clean and well maintained. Serve good continental breakfast. Will definitely return for next visit.

Excellent”

The ambience of the courtyard room is not that nice. It felt like i was in a box because the room is too small and the window view is just a plain wall. They usually open the window after cleaning as well which is a bit scary because im in a lower floor and it’s easy to get in my room through the window so i made sure to lock my valuables as much as I can. The breakfast is good and the location is superb. There are a lot of restos nearby and it’s in the center so it was easy to go to different places in Paris.

Ubicación buena, pero el personal no regala una sonrisa ni una mirada simpática ni por casualidad, a excepción de la señora que prepara los desayunos que es la más agradable con diferencia. No cambiaron las sábanas en 4 días y limpieza regular. Mal insonorizado, imposible descansar. Es una pena porque tiene mucho potencial.

La habitación era linda, al igual que el baño. Aunque el colchón era muy incómodo. Con respecto al personal, la muchacha que estaba en la semana hablaba inglés y era amable. Uno de los señores que estaba por la noche también. El resto del personal, un poco apático.
