The staff were very kind and helpful. The locations was great. The price was exceptional. We had a nice view of the Eiffel Tower and even had a balcony with a table and chairs just off of our bedroom. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I would stay there again. Many thanks.

It was a very pleasant stay, we went there for shopping purposes and this hotel is located in the street of Hermès which was very great! I really recommended this place and we plan to go back there more often.

Hotel room was smaller than expected; smaller than the photos too. Requested to move to another room but was rejected. One particular staff stood out; she's a young African lady (forgotten her name); very helpful and obliging. Breakfast included is a bonus! Convenient location & in the heart of luxury brand boutiques!

Hotel is on a quiet street during the evening and morning - great for getting a good night's sleep. Room was spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was very nice.

Extremely noisy on the streets and in the hotel itself.”
Could not sleep for 3 nights due to the noise from the roads especially early morning hours. Lots of noise from within the hotel as well as the doors or walls were thin. Door slamming, Housekeeping from neighbouring rooms. Room was not cleaned at 3+pm and complimentary coffee sachets and paper cups were provided only on the first day. Only one receptionist at any one time and many guests had to wait for a while before they can be attended to.

Near the fancy stores!! Felt secure because there were soldiers nearby only problem was there was no a vending machine to get snacks lol Other than that, we will definitely go back!

Great location but…”
Ok so I have mixed feelings because I trevelec with my 2 teenage kids. I requested specifically 3 beds and thought my son was getting a twin and instead he got like a little baby bed with the hardest thinnest mattress ever, like a rock. I did ask and the lady told me all tbe rooms are the same and that is the extra bed that comes with the room. The queen bed was comfortable though. It is good for 2 people, if you have more go somewhere else. The bathroom is really spacious but the room is tiny as most in Paris. The lady at the front was all business so can’t say much about the customer service. There is one guy that works at night and he was super helpful getting me bed covers and sheets that they did not provide the first night. The location is really great, near the Louvre, many bakeries and a grocery store. I would recommend for a couple and if you are ok with not getting any info or word from the people at the front desk. You are basically in your own. Breakfast is super expensive 20 euros per person per day.
