Amazing for the price!”

We (a friend and I) stayed for one night and were immediately impressed by the location, right in the heart of the action. Our room was impressive, with a great view of the surrounding area. The staff were helpful enough though don't man reception 24/7 but they run another nearby hotel and are more than happy to run over to help. It was one night, it was great value for money and a walk away from anywhere you'd like to go in Strasbourg, I'd definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Small but comfortable hotel in central location”

Small should really be emphasized here. While the price is not as cheap when considering the size, Strasbourg is a tourist-centrist city with lots of over-priced hotels so this hotel had all the basic amenities necessary to enjoy a sight-seeing holiday (bed and bathroom). The location is fairly central to where most of the city's charm is located, public transport is also close just in case.

Great location, short hike from train station, ”

We loved the area and enjoyed long walks in the city center and along the canals. There is no elevator and on sight parking is limited. This wasn't a problem for us but our friends that joined us there needed a 1st floor room and didn't make a parking arrangement. We realized the issue and requested a lower room for them and the staff made the arrangement. Our room was fine, on the 3rd floor and at the back of the hotel, however our friends were at the front of the hotel and found the room to be very noisy because of the bar out front.

We found the hotel to be a little small but more than adequate for the purpose of our visit. It is situated in the middle of the walk area of Strasbourg and situated near most tourist attractions. Room was a little small but shower and WC were adequate. Hotel needs a little bit of refurbishment

Fantastic location”

Centrally located, you could get anything at your surrounding. Good restaurant just right in front of the hotel. Major attraction are there too, cannot be better. I would stay in this hotel again if I return for my vacation or even business trip. Beautiful place.

the only thing which i need to remind the travelers is that if you come by with a car, parking is private and limited, not very convenient in this tourism spot/area. If not, he hotel is really close to the church of Notre dame which is a big satisfaction!

Great location”

Cute little place in a square close to the cathedral. It's fairly basic but they have done a bit to make it look pleasant enough, and the staff are lovely. They could do a bit more, such as replacing the old carpet in bedrooms. Make sure you download a map to get there, no taxis allowed in this area and the map from the train station doesn't have the square marked on it. You can get tram A or D half way, but you have to walk the rest of the way.

We have the baby cot and the baby bath tub for our daughter. This is a great service because the toilet is small.

There is no elevator so if you carry big bags ask for 1st floor

Lovely hotel at perfect location”

Best choice to stay in Strasbourg. Near to everything . Staff service is great . Except that hotel has no lift so you have to carry the luggage via stairs . Otherwise everything is perfect

Very close to Cathedral”

This place is for solo travelers/backpackers only. Very nice staff. So close to the river and the Cathedral. Many nice restaurants close by.

The perfect location and very helpfull staff”

The hotel is at the very center of Strasbourg center. It stays at the promenade area and only some steps away to the cathedrale. Even it only has 2 stars, but the building looks very stylist. Their 2 staff were super friendly and helpful to us, which is too rare in teh european hotels (we spent nights in Frankfurt, Luzern, and Milan, the staff there even didnt talk or smile, they worked like the robots, lol). During my 2 weeks in Europe, I find the stars arent a matter in choosing the hotels. Stars just meant how many rooms they have, and the facilities in the room, which isnt so important to us travelers. The location, architect and staff are the most important elements to consider.
