This hotel has nothing compared to the pics on the website . There are no towels in the shower if you need one you have to buy it at 3€ The breakfast area is just dirty and they have dry croissants and I really regret going there .never ever again I will sleep in this hotel .oh there is no where to park your car

The bed was very small for a single and I am only 1m68 ! Very noisy, doors slamming at 5 am. Smellt of urine in the shower... room was clean and nicely decorated.

The toilet was not working. I let the receptionist know about that but nothing has been done . I spent my night somewhere else. The linens was shift as well

Au calme à Cergy-Pontoise”
L'hôtel F1 a été rénové. La chambre était plutot propre, calme, agréable et bien située. Le personnel s'est montré disponible. Je recommande.

C’était la dernière fois !”
Hôtel très bruyant, même en « zone calme », 2ème étage. Je suis descendue à 1h30 à l’accueil concernant le bruit. J’ai été vers la cuisine où il y avait de la lumière, la personne préparait le petit dej, je la vois verser du jus de pomme dans une carafe servant aux clients, boire dans le brique au goulot et la remettre au frigo (ça donne envie...). Elle m’a dit d’aller voir Le gardien qui jouait sur son téléphone, L’hôtel loue une salle en rez de chaussée pour la prière le vendredi soir. J’entendais le micro, les chants jusqu’au 2ème étage. L’odeur des chambres est vraiment désagréable. J’ai mis des huiles essentielles pour l’atténuer, mais ça n’a pas durer. Pas de taie d’oreiller. J’ai été en réclamer, on m’a donné une couette dont je pouvais me servir en gros oreiller ou enlever la couette du drap pour mettre l’oreiller dedans hôtel non fumeur mais lorsque vous passez dans les couloirs vous sentez la fumée de cigarette Pas cher mais c’est déjà trop pour ce que c’est.m
