We stopped in Lucknow toward the end of a long journey, on a leg from Agra to Varanasi. Unfortunately my son took ill midway on the trip, and I can’t say enough how much of an oasis the Gemini turned out to be. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were very clean, and the beds were like laying on a cloud. My wife and I had several meals at the restaurant while nursing our son, and the food was plentiful, widely varied and very tasty. Finally, the staff accommodated us with a late check out and helped us arrange a more comfortable car for the last part of our journey. Thank you so much to the highly professional staff. You made a difficult situation so much easier.

I stayed in Gemini this time after about 7-8 years, and it wasn't how I remember it from my last stay. Though the rooms are good and spacious enough, but signs of aging are starting to show. Also, I guess there was some paintwork happening on my floor and some repair work was happening on the exterior of the hotel. So maybe that affected my perception somewhat. The staff was very cooperative & the cleanliness was decent enough. They even sent some complimentary sweets one day. The location is so amazing that you have the legendary Dastarkhwan just a step away from the hotel & the entire Hazratganj market at walking distance. There are also some historic tombs to visit that are within walking distance. Overall I still think it's a great place to stay, just some small makeovers may enhance the charm of this landmark hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at Gemini Continental. The location is perfect, with easy access to all major attractions and great dining options nearby. The staff and housekeeping team were courteous and maintained good cleanliness throughout my stay. However, the biggest downside was the breakfast. The options were quite disappointing, with dry pooris, tasteless tea, and a lack of variety. The menu remained the same throughout my three-day stay, making it monotonous. Additionally, the fruits, especially bananas, were not ripe. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable stay and excellent location, but I suggest skipping the breakfast option and exploring better food alternatives outside.
Location of hotel and view from room is exceptional. Very clean premise and rooms. The best part is their restaurant ZAIKA. Food is really worth trying and breakfast buffet is too good. Variety of food and preparations are with authentic way. Chefs are very experienced. Cherry on cake is night sweets delivered to rooms and welcome tea is nice gesture. It is 100% worth trying this hotel.

It is a excellent stay in Gemini continental, it is my first time in this hotel and all service and amenities was top Notch. Staff is so cooperative and professional. Food was so delicious and restront on 7th floor was the plus point of the hotel you can view best view of hazratganj and nearby. Breakfast have so much verity all food was so good in test. I am satisfy but only one thing i want to share that kindly instruct to all house keeping and other staff not to go inside room in absence of geust. It is looks not a good sign we feel discomfort but was not complaint about it.i hope hotel manegment will notice it. Thanks for very good service.
