Gil de France at Cap d'Agde”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and there were a lot of things to do in the area, which we had not realised before we got there. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the comfortable beds, with breakfast possible till 11am, meant we had a lie in every day, without at any time feeling rushed! I would have liked to swim, and the pool looked very inviting, as did the garden seating area, but as I had not brought sandals or an overshirt I did not feel I could go through reception in just a towel and swimsuit - I wish I had known if there were changing rooms by the pool or not. Access to the hotel with your own key and code to the main door helped with a very relaxing atmosphere. I would have liked driving directions from Beziers airport or from Agde, as the hotel was quite difficult to find (as I suspect most of the hotels there are). We had a couple of really good meals in the restaurant in the evening. Very useful to have the internet.
