We had a room for 3 with 3 single beds and it was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good as well. Close to the metro, good neighborhood with lots of restaurants and bars.

Attentive staff, clean room, good bakery nearby (Lea&Gilles). 1 block away from metro both left or right but it’s manageable if you don’t have much luggage. Will definitely stay there next time.

Location was great. Many shops, restaurants and Supermarkets are near by hotel. And you can easily go to center of Paris. All staffs were very kind :) But they didn't change my bed sheet. (I stayed here almost a week. I thought at least they would change this one time.) And I noticed my hair lying on the floor many times. So I cleaned it myself :(

Convenient hotel”
The hotel location is very convenient for a great value for money: easily accessible from CDG with RER B and subway, not far from Montparnasse train station, 2 different subways stations close, plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and other facilities around. Room are small but was clean and enough for visiting or business trip. Ask garden side for less noise and be awaken by birds. Staff was very helpful and available 24 hours. No amenities except body, shampoo.

This hotel is located in a pleasant residential neighborhood in Montparnasse and can be reached from Gare du Nord train station directly on the line 4 metro. Shops, restaurants, and grocery shops are nearby. The hotel has seven stories. During my stay, the elevators were not working so I had to walk seven floors to my room. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet which provided a variety of food in a cheerful breakfast room at a reasonable price.

Nice, comfortable hotel, friendly staff. I take this hotel to stay not too far from Montparnasse station. But it takes 15- 20 minutes walk from hotel to Gare Montparnasse. Not very bad...

HMA is nice and comfortable and its walkable to 3 tube station by foot. regular shopping are near by and there are quite a bit of restuarants around the area. you can get to alesia sq by foot. a shopping centre that have fast food. supermarkets are all near by too. all in all, its a nice and in paris, its easy to get you anywhere with the tube service.

Very good location close to 2 metro stations, shops and supermarkets very close. Staff vary nice, English spoken helped very much. Breakfast is excellent - eggs, bacon and man, pastries, juices, yogurt coffee machine. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. Only minuses - the shower is tiny and the bed also small in the standard room, the walls are thin- heard everything spoken in the next room. Overall very good value for money!

I could enjoy the nice and spacious room. Staffs were nice. But it doesn't have good soundproof wall. Location of the hotel was safe and good enough to reach to the lots of sightseeing attractions.

It is located in between 2 mjor metro station which makes easy to acces major sightseeing places in Paris. Small room compare to its price which was a bit disappointed even it was expected
