The location of the hotel is quiet and perfect. It is near the cafes, bars and restaurants. And everything is walking distance. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet has many selection and delicious. The room is clean. It has speedy wifi. I recommend this hotel it is worth your money.

City Center, friendly staff, small room”
There were complimentary drinks and pastries at the reception. Friendly and nice staff. There wasn't any kettle or coffee or tea in the room but we were told that we can get hot drinks at the reception floor. Room was small and the bathroom glass wall is transparent (totally see through) and no lock hence may not be suitable for those who are not comfortable with this design. Room is rather small, just enough if you have 2 big luggage

Hotel in great location in 1st Arrondissement”
I love the location of this hotel as there is a number of great restaurants and boulangerie in the area. The hotel itself is interesting in design. It depends on the room one gets but it seems the majority are quite small even if the designer tries to maximise on the space. It's modern and clean enough. Again, the location is great.

Great location and price, very small rooms”
If you are looking for an economical room to sleep in with no frills this is the place. It is ideally located near the Louvre. We walked to the Orsay, Orngarie, Rodin, the National Museum, Thorvaldsen Museum, Tivoli, Rue Cler, Eiffel Tower, Seine Cruises, and the Louvre. The staff was helpful and the breakfast buffet was good. The rooms are basically the size of the bed, and I am not exaggerating.

Extremely Small Rooms”
Don't go to this hotel with any expectations - very very basic hotel with no amenities in room, No tooth brush, No Razor, No Sleepers, No Laundry Bag, no Bathtub, No healthclub, - nothing. Extremely Small Room - I need to open my suitcase by keeping it on bed only. Breakfast is same and basic nothing special. Staff is courteous and helpful. Located very near to Louvre museum and lot of restaurants nearby.

Dated and not helpful”
I visited this hotel 4 years ago and was blown away by the concept. Now, it hasn't been maintained well, cloth on walls are tearing, and the lighting is duller. We were going to go out to a nice restaurant and wanted to iron our clothes, but the room doesn't come with an iron, and the only iron they loaned wasn't returned to them. Upon departure, it was raining heavily, and they could not give a rough idea how long it would take for a taxi ride to the closest train station. Very disappointing.

Hip boutique hotel in the centre of Paris”
We stumbled upon this hotel on Agoda, it does not have any review but as the pictures shown here looks really good, we decided to take our chance and we found a gem in the centre of Paris! Little did we know that this hotel has only been opened for a week. It has not even had their opening ceremony yet. The perk of this is of course that everything is brand new. Check-in time is 4pm but we arrived at the hotel at 11am after a tiring flight with our luggages. The staff at the counter was very understanding and helpful, and immediately arranged with the house-keeping to get a room ready for us. We were very grateful as this made our day by allowing us to bathe, get a clean change of clothes and freshen up before we go sightseeing. Situated in 01, it is well situated between 2 metro stations (Palais Royal – Musée du Louvre and Châtelet – Les Halles ), just steps away from Musée du Louvre and Centre Pompidou. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and shopping in both areas. Also, Rue Saint Honore (Colette) is just round the corner. Many cafes and restaurants just down the street as well. The hotel is conceptualised by renowned french designer Ora-Ito. The aesthetics of every fixture and minute detail is being looked into. Was impressed by the choice of material for the sink, shower, light switch, bathroom amenity bottles and the gradated glass panels for shower area. The bed and duvet was very comfortable. We had our best sleep here for our 14 days trip. A perfect ending to our honeymoon.

Excellent location for young short stay tourists”
The location of the hotel is perfect for a person visiting Paris and especially fpr younger crowds who will enjoy the many cafés, bars and restaurants that attracts many students and young active people in the evening. Having said that the hotel is located in a short street where there are no bars so you are kind of close to animation without the noise. The receptionist was very friendly and made it simple to register. The rooms are very clean, modern, technologically easy to use :) Bed and linen were comfortable. However my room was very small so if you have suitcases you might end up playing Tetris with your stuff! Also I was travelling alone so I can't imagine how it would be with a second person sharing the place... Bathroom is equipped with a modern shower but was also a little small. Having said that I must say I was amazed as it proved you can squeeze in many things in a small space and keep it cool, a little hype and functional (Japanese style!)

I really like this hotel for its design, location and the fact that is very quiet. The rooms have a good size for Paris standards especially in this area. The only downside during my last visit was the lack of hot water in the shower but I am sure they will fix this problem.

Price is too high”
Yes, Hotel is new . However, room is too small and hallway is so small also . My room does not have any view . Wifi signal is weak . I need to stand closed to door and then I can have good signal . Compared to other 3 star hotel , this hotel is so expensive and price is almost closed to other 4 star hotels . So , does not recommend this hotel .
