This hotel is good!”
this is my first timein paris and i think palm hotel is s good pick. i stayed for four nights pros: very clean, stylish, friendly staff, wifi access in room, complimentary drinks in fridge at lobby, shower is also good, scenery in my room facing street yet very quiet and when ulook outside the window u could actually see the part ofthe eiffel tower cons: not 100% perfectly accessible, the nearest metro is cadet. might need to some homework ifthats thefirst time to paris. i got a little lost walking from the gare du nord eurostar station, otherwise really fine. breakfast tasted good but not much choice, password for wifi has to be renew at lobby everyday, the lift is really small (one luggage and two person at most). this is a non smoking hotel, and when someone breaks the rule, might set the fire alarm on, and i was disturbed twice one morning. overall a very good hotel, worth to recommend to others.

Modern Hotel, Excellent Location”
this hotel is in the 9th arrondisement, not far from the opera, and close to metro stations. it was renovated recently, so the rooms are modern and clean (if somewhat on the small side). the lift is tiny and slow, so be patient. the complimentary breakfast is reasonably good for a 3-star hotel. internet access is also complimentary, but you need to renew your code every 24 hours, and access can be slow. all in all, a good choice for a short vacation in paris.

Excellent staff ”
We stayed in the Palm for 8 days while in Paris. The staff, especially Claudia, are the best! Plus they have a station set up in the lobby for free snacks/drinks, plus the refrigerator in your room is stocked for free. Wow! Only think that was a minor inconvenience is there is no dresser in your room for your clothes, although there is a shelf with a place to hang about a dozen items. If we’re back in Paris we would definitely stay back at the Palm!

Excellent hotel”
The Palm is a really nice hotel in a great little district. The rooms are Paris small but clean and functional. Our room was on the street and you do get a lot of traffic noise. We did sleep with the windows open and soon acclimatized to the noise. I would stay there again.

Lovely, clean, modern hotel in the heart of Paris ”
was very impressed with decor, service and location. you don't spend much time in your room when you visit paris but when you do you want a nice room, hot shower , comfy bed and airconditioning - all of which palm opera offers. we walked to the eiffel tower, louvre and many other places from here - best way to see the city. the velib bikes are good too but be careful of the big busses

loved it here!”
This hotel has a key location. We wanted to visit the galeries Lafayette so we just walk around. It felt very safe even it's a bit late in the evening. Shopping is convenient if you live nearby. We went to the Louvre and easiest commute is thru the Metro. The cadet station is very near. The room we had is standard double. We had one huge bed and another queen bed. It is a bit bigger than usual rooms in Paris. It is clean and the bathroom is clean too. They have towels, shampoo and shower gels provided for. But they have no thermos for heating drinking water inside the room because they have complimentary coffee and snacks in the lobby. The receptionist during our stay (Nov 14-15, 2014) was very accommodating and friendly. He readily answered our queries and helped us too. We enjoyed our stay here and is well recommended.

Lovely hotel great location”
Newly furnished, modern rooms, great bathroom, small but acceptable single rooms, flat screen tv with limited cable. (international news channels in languages other then french only) in room free wifi, very clean, very good breakfast buffet, close to metro stations and 15 walk to main train station. A bus dropped me from the airport (CDG) to Opera (end of journey) took approx 25mins (out of traffic) for 10 euros (see airport information) then a short 15min walk to the hotel. (pick up a map of paris from airport information and / or the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to others wishing to stay in Paris.

Tiny convenient hotel”
Giving the cost of staying in Paris, this hotel offers a good value. Close to a metro station (two blocks away)and Gare du Nord the main transportation gate (six blocks away), the Palm Opera offers a convenient location to explore Paris for first timers if you do not mind staying at a "doll hotel" since everything is so tiny you feel it would break. Staff is very attentive and the complementary beverages and snacks on the mini lobby are a great touch. Breakfast is a great value and the colombian space keeper Aureliano is a very nice guy willing to offer travel tips if you are flexible with your planning. I would come back for a short stay. Make sure you ask for a room facing the street.

Charming hotel close to the metro station”
We stayed in this hotel before, so it was good to come back the place we liked and knew. It is conveniently located close to metro station, we saved money by taking a bus from the airport to Opera, then 2 stops to the hotel.

small cosy hotel at convenient location”
i enjoyed staying at this cosy hotel because firstly, its about 20-minute walk from gare du nord and near to the cadet metro station (about 5-6 min walk). secondly, there's a few supermarkets, cafes / restaurants, bakery, laundrette, bus stop right in front of the hotel and many other quaint and interesting shops to browse. my hotel stay came with breakfast and the spread was enough for us to start the day. throughout my stay, we were fortunate to have 3 male receptionists (working separately at different shifts) who were most helpful and patient with our travel queries. notably, monsieur olivier who went out of his way to ensure that we got a taxi to airport on time and returned our airport shuttle deposit because it was still stuck in traffic. monsieur olivier made our parting in paris most sweet and memorable.

Charming hotel close to the metro station”
We were greeted by friendly and very helpful staff who speak good English. They agreed to keep our luggage for 3 days while we were travelling around France. The hotel is newly renovated and looks very clean throughout. The rooms are comfortable; there is a good shower in the bathroom. It is quite easy to get to the metro station, alternatively you can hire a city bike just a minute away from the hotel. Unfortunately, the free WIFI is not very fast, so if you plan to use the Internet is it best to purchase some credit for faster connection. The breakfast is not included, but for a reasonable fee you can have a nice breakfast served in the basement. This hotel is definitely worth staying at.

Safe and easy access to the metro ”
It's a very warm and comfortable hotel in the opera area where is safe and downtown. Room is clean, bathroom condition is fine. It's only within 10 mins walk distance to the nearest metro station Cadet where several lines can drive you to some major attractions as well as shopping malls in Paris.

we love this hotel! we stayed for 2 nights and loved every minute of it. the staff was very friendly and attentive, thanks to Slim, Nasreddin, Eva (if I’m not mistaken). there was this cute corner bar with free snacks/ coffee/ juices, such a good touch of warm hospitality. shower power was great, location is quite central, walking distance to Metro Cadet station, shops, coffee shops, even grocery store. Would recommend to any kind of travelers, family/ couples. Thanks guys, keep up the good work!

Compact hotel, convenient location”
The room was relatively small but was tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff were very friendly and the "open bar" with soft drinks and snacks was greatly appreciated. It's conveniently located for Metro stations straight into the centre. People may want to take their own hair dryer though rather than rely on the ones in the bathroom.

nice hotel”
room is small but in a good location which is in a silence area but the main street just around the corner. You can get anything you want such as restaurant, laundry, supermarket, bookstore etc. I am highly recommended.
