Nice services but shit hardware”
The air conditioner is not working, it can only choose “fan mode” but not “cold mode”, the water heater is useless, it just barely hot, not enough to take more than 1 minutes showers. I can’t imagine how to sleep at night on July and August and how to take cold shower but not get sick on December. Staffs are helpful and patient but they can not do anything to fix.

I never stayed in a horrible hotel like this ever in my whole life even though I tried lots of cheap ones , u not even allowed to eat in the room and to get to ur room you have to go through a tiny scary corridor takes you to an outside stairs 🤦♀️ if I can give zero stars I would’ve done that I had to call so many times after my check out for my deposit that I never got I’m back to London now and calling the hotel international calls to get my money OMG stay away my advice

Located in a middle of heart of Paris, which very close to Arc de triumph, only 7 minutes walk from hotel and close to famous elysees shopping street and many tourists spot attraction. There is a Taxi stop just outside the corner from the hotel. The hotel's staff performance was a highly recommended, which they take a good care and understand what customer needed. The room was a bit small but its ok.

Quaint Parisian hotel near Arc de Triomphe”
The hotel is good value for money. It has good access to the Metro - Ternes and Charles de Gaulle stations are only a few minutes walk away - and there is a spectacular view of the Arc right around the corner. The hotel room is very Parisian chic, clean, in very good condition. Staff were very helpful and accommodating, put up with our poor (practically non-existent) French. Breakfast is superb - top tip: get the fruits instead of the cereal.The hotel is several stories high so if you have a room on the 6th floor like we did you have to use a small vintage elevator (can fit 2 people with small luggage) or the stairs.

Nice hotel in a great location”
This midrange hotel is a good choice for travelers. It offers comfortable and clean rooms. It is just 5 minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and the Etoile metro stop and about 15 minutes from the bus station at Porte Maillot. We also liked that it wasn't in a very touristy neighborhood. My only complaint is that sound carries quite a bit up the stairwell.

Great location, easy access to public transports”
From Charles De Gaulle airport, we used bus to CDG Etoile and only had to walk 5 minute to the hotel. Although we're a bit surprised at the tiny reception desk & and tiny elevator, actualy the room was clean & comfortable. My daughter was not feeling well, so we seek information from the staff and he was very helpful & knowlegable. We had city view from the window which was nice. Overall, we got good value staying at Hotel Riviera Élysees.

Value for money in great location”
We found the hotel pretty easily and was amazed that the room was a decent size with a day bed which could potentially house a third party or kid. It was walking distance to the arc and many shops and a cafe was just right next to it. We will definitely stay in this hotel again. Just to note the stairs and elevator are really narrow so refrain from bringing large and heavy suitcases.

Three nights in Paris”
Our stay at this hotel was fantastic. Overall the location can't be beat and the room was absolutely beautiful with a nice window that opened up over the street. The staff was very nice and accommodating with our lack of French skills. There was also a chaise lounge available in the room if you end up with a spare visitor. It was a wonderful hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed starting our trip here!

Stay at Hotel Riviera Elysees”
Our stay was pleasant. The biggest blessing is that Hotel Rivera is centrally located, so everything is at a walking distance; We liked the quality of the linen, especially the towels. The staff too were friendly; And the internet speed was good. The only drawback (if any) is that the shower space is small. We would definitely stay there again, if we were to visit Paris one more time.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the size of the room. We enjoyed eating at the little cafes adjacent to the hotel. There is a small supermarket close by which we found useful for snacks. great location.

What a find, great hotel,great location,great staff. If you go for breakfast do not turn left when you go out the hotel door, turn right and about 125 meters is a fantastic French cafe, everything fresh made through the day. Only 8 Euros for breakfast.

Hotel is in a fantastic location with several bars and cafés close by. Rooms are beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, would definitely stay again and highly recommend.
