Although communication was a bit hard coz they can’t really communicate in english, we still recommend this hotel. Its very clean and spacious. Me and my daughter enjoyed our stay in Gangnam :)

This hotel is in a good location because it is close to the subway and there’s a lot of shopping places and restaurants to chose from. The only problem we had during our stay is that the room is hot because the AC is not reallt blowing cold air. But overall, everything is good.

More a premium motel than a hotel, it's great value for money and location. However, the room looks dated and hasn't been maintained well throughout the years of operation. That said, if you are not fussy about seeing some corners that don't seem to be clean, it's still a great choice overall.

Staff should learn and able to communicate in English ”
It’s accessible to all shopping centers and restaurants . The staff especially the front desk are not good in communicating in English but friendly & helpful. It’s a little far from tourist spots like the palaces and most taxi drivers(about3) has mistaken it for another hotel.

This hotel located in the good location ,it's very closed subway. Staff are nice and they can speak English. Around hotel has a lot of restaurants and shopping areas. It's quite far from airport but it has limousine from hotel to airport and airport to hotel. Recommended !!

The room was a little small to share with mom and younger brother, and the bathroom door was frosted (can see through) which was a little strange, but all in all it was a nice place and probably better for couples rather than a family.

Everything was alright but bathroom needs improvement”
Nice stay, great location, cozy room, nice mattress with great firm on it. everything was well except the toilet. there was no shower curtain to prevent water splashing out of the bath tub. the floor was all wet and slippery.

My Stay in this Hotel”
Location-wise, the hotel is in a great position if you want to use public transport instead of finding yourself a cab. Shopping Centres, restaurants and convenient stores are extremely close which is excellent as well. My only concern was that when the staff were making our room during the times that we left and returned, the beds were dusty and sometimes, the staff didn't re-stock the correct toiletries (e.g. they put 2 Body Lotions and no Shampoo bottles when we finished the bottle). I did notify the staff about this but I nothing really happened, and I wasn't too fussed about this case.

GREAT STAY BUT TOILET NEEDS IMPROVEMENT”
great location, you get an MRT station just 50 meters away from the hotel. Plenty of BBQ restaurants and etc around the corner, also lots of shopping to do but toilet is a mess! no shower curtain to prevent water spillage all over the bathroom floor.

Don’t book this hotel”
I was given a cheaper room than what I paid for through some sort of booking code error between the hotel and Agoda. After a long investigation I was given the correct type of room without a single word of apology from the front desk staff. The room was terrible with broken light fittings, shower fittings that came off the wall and shower mat covered with mold. After complaining I was upgraded to another room following day and when I was moving my room I was greeted with just about the largest cockroach! DO NOT stay here!!!
