If the price for the stay was what I had booked on Agoda, it would have been great, but to arrive at the hotel and be informed there that there was the added (and hated) resort fee along with a $16 per day parking fee, was a shock. The housekeeping staff seemed to show up way too early for our schedule, even with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed, but seemed willing t...

When we checked in at night, the front desk informed my the room that was ready is a AED room, which is for handicapped and the only difference was the height and size of the sink. Otherwise there's a charge of $20/day for a higher floor. So I chose to accept the room. To my surprise, when I entered the bathroom the shower area had no tub and with young children that'...

We just returned from spending a week at Hilton Bonet Creek. We are glad that we choose this resort. It made our time at Disney greatly enjoyable. It is close to all Disney theme parks and have regular free shuttle service. We used Uber or Lyft at times and it's no more than $10 one way. There's hardly anything to fault at this resort. It's new, clean and have great fa...

We stayed at the BW near Disney Springs for 3 days, and it was beyond fantastic. The staff from check-in to concierge were top-notch, highly knowledgeable about the area and very courteous the entire trip. Parking is tight if you decide to bring vehicle, we had to hunt for a spot each night, but there were enough to accommodate. Security is known and present at all tim...

Traveled to Orlando with my 15 y.o. daughter and 3 of her girlfriends for The Worlds's Cheering Competition held at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The entrance to the resort was beautiful. We didn't have much time to look around the resort other than the pool for 2 nights for about an hour or two swim before the pool closed at 10 p.m. Our villa was very comfortable, cle...

We knew we were going to Epcot center, so it was an easy decision to choose the Dolphin resort with its free access by boat to Epcot and leaving the car in the resort parking saved us parking fees as well. Win-Win. The best was its pools and man-made beach areas to relax and unwind from the madness of the theme parks. There is a large waterfall with a cooling grotto an...

Genrally our stay was good reception staff were great, concierge was helpful to book tours and tickets. The internet (patchy at times though generally good) and Disney transport are included in the Resort fee;as are the coffee/water vouchers and hotel restaurant discounts. Went to use the pool and one of them was closed, which meant sharing the other pool with around 2...

room was very spacious and location was excellent! lots of restaurants around the area (dennys, olive garden, mcdonalds, buffalo wild wings, uno, etc). very close to disney world parks and there was a ticketing booth right inside the hotel. staff was very efficient and courteous! great value for money, will defintely be back!

We had a great time at the hotel, a few minor things... at the end of our stay we weee told we needed to pay a resort fee and parking fee. The resort fee I guess is understandable even though if your already paying for the hotel, the hotel amenities should be included you should have to pay additional for using the pool or w.e else the resort fee covers (not explained)...

Pros: Location and cleanliness. We also left my 7 year olds stuffed animal behind. They have a great system to collect left items and ship them back to you. Cons: I don’t like having to pay an extra $15 for parking and $30 for a resort fee. I know most hotels in the area do this, but I find it annoying. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

For the most part the hotel was decent. I had asked for a high floor and was put on the 2nd looking out at the roof access so that was a bummer. Busses were the biggest disappointment. I stayed here because I didn’t want to take the ferry nor tram to Magic Kingdom and had to anyway because the busses for the property drop you off at a parking lot that’s near the actual...

My wife and i loved the hotel. Great location, very clean and plenty of parking spaces. It has a 24 hours business center and complementary wireless internet.I recommend it for Disney, universal and sea word visitors. It is very close to downtown Disney market place.

This is a great place to stay if you have young children. It's been recently renovated and while there were some small annoyances (bathroom faucet aerator needed changing, and carts rolling thru halls were noisy), they were nothing compared to the fun you will have. There are two pools. One is a large lagoon like pool with a big rock/waterfall feature and a zero entry ...

Have stayed in a number of the Disney themed hotels and although the Swan wasn’t as elaborate and Disney orientated as the official Disney ones, we preferred this one as it was walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the bus transportation to the other parks was brilliant and very reliable , we stayed there for a week and didn’t use the monorail once after...

Very good, you can catch the bus to many major areas including Disney downton, Downtown Orlando, and other theme parks. Free internet, clean rooms, nice staff. One staff member did tell me the wrong information about shuttle bus to the airport i.e. you dont have to book as it is always outside, when she was talking about the car service that would take you anywhere y...

Staff were really friendly and helpful allowing us to use the lobby phone free of charge to call car hiring, activity agents and cab hire services. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious, including free wifi. The outdoor area was lovely with reclining chairs to relax by the pool, a heated spa, and a swimming pool with a water slide. Area was across the road f...

I would have given this 5 stars if you could walk to anything from the hotel, but it tucked away in a quiet location. We stayed at 2 Hiltons on this trip, this one and the Palace ( a "full service Hilton). If your driving the Parc Solie has FREE parking, a parking garage in the building. Hilton Palace charges $18 to $26 a night to park depending of you valet or not...

This hotel was conveniently located on Irlo Bronson which is packed full of restaurants stores and convenience stores and supermarkets. We were only about 15 minutes away from Disney Springs where we spent New Year's Eve and it was wonderful after being out until 2:30 in the morning being able to quickly drive back to our hotel. Our room was cozy and clean and perf...

I was very hesitant about booking this hotel because the Reviews were horrible!!!! Stayed in two different rooms due to me arriving early and don't have one complaint about either. Customer service was wonderful they have daily check ins threw text !!! Great place will be back!!!

what a great hotel. very easy to find, right off the highway. check in was as fast as it gets, although the lady wasn't very friendly at first. great parking area, lots of space and free of charge. excellent!!! the rooms are pretty big, beds very comfortable and toilet nice and clean. we had a wonderful stay here... plenty of space for bags and area to dress...

Enjoyed our stay here at LBV. Area was convenient for Disney and shuttle to the parks was a great addition. Staff were really friendly and hotel social was a nice additional extra. It is worth noting the hotel does not offer airport transfer and the agora/ booking.com sites suggest it does so this needs to be rectified. Property is spacious and beds comfy. Decor is a...

After researching Orlando hotels for over 2 weeks, I finally decided on this hotel. I am so pleased with my selection and rate the hotel 5 out of 5 for the following reasons: 1) The hotel was renovated relatively recently and still has a brand new feel to it. Further, it is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. 2) The staff (receptionists, housekeeping, breakfast...

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes during breakfast. We stayed here for 5 days and the breakfast menu does not change at all. It does provide a good variety though (sliced bread, muffins, bacon, oily sausages, waffle pancakes, cereal, juices, yogurt, fruits). Their room is like a small apartment hotel, it comes with a kitchen area wi...
