"This is a great place to stay if you have young children. It's been recently renovated and while there were some small annoyances (bathroom faucet aerator needed changing, and carts rolling thru halls were noisy), they were nothing compared to the fun you will have. There are two pools. One is a large lagoon like pool with a big rock/waterfall feature and a zero entry water play ground. There two areas with steps for kids to play or adults to sit and they are spacious. The deepest water depth is approx 1 M. The other pool is an adult pool with no water features and it's deeper. There is a spa, but we didn't use it. There were plenty of chaise lounges and also some cabanas for rent. Additionally, there was a vendor with inflated pool toys for sale/rent. There is a full bar and some food service. We ate at the restaurant and it was surprisingly good. The hotel has bus service to Disney parks which is very convenient. Disney Springs (formerly Downtown Disney) is a short walk and there are plenty of restaurants and shops and even a few small rides for the kids. If you're going to be doing the parks and don't want a pool, stay somewhere else/cheaper. Our stay was for three days, Fri to Sun. We spent Fri at the Magic Kingdom and Sat/Sun at the pool. It was a great mini-vacay! The kids want to move here. "

"Great location. Literally steps to Disney Springs. Just out to main road and up the bridge and your there. Only stayed for one night, was not bad. I would say the room is pretty clean. The only issue I was not impressed was someone who I think could be a supervisor walked over to the Disney booking desk. Gave attitude to my daughter not to dirty the area ( she was just holding her candy in her hand) besides the female individual. I’d go back. "

"Took a while to book in as they had no record of booking. Went to guest services to collect welcome pack but actually it was so they could get you to there time share apartments by trying to sell you reduced Disney tickets. I am surprised that the hotel allow this. We then went to the Disney shop in the hotel and purchased the Disney tickets from a very helpful lady. Reception staff were not over friendly hut the restaurant staff were excellent. Also a bit confused why I was offered an upgrade to a balcony room when booking at an additional cost when ALL rooms are with balconies. So basically ripped off.!!"

"Genrally our stay was good reception staff were great, concierge was helpful to book tours and tickets. The internet (patchy at times though generally good) and Disney transport are included in the Resort fee;as are the coffee/water vouchers and hotel restaurant discounts. Went to use the pool and one of them was closed, which meant sharing the other pool with around 25 children and 10 adults, so I didnt stay there long. Others in my group used the fitness facicites and said they were great. One thing that bothered me was when we requested a taxi and we were given a towncar without being asked if this was okay or told the price - this is the practice at this hotel as they seem to have an arrangement with the towncars (everywhere out of the Disney park will cost a bit in a taxi any way), but we went to the Vineland Premium Outlet, the metered taxi back was significantly cheaper; just make sure you check the price of the towncar or insist on them calling a taxi. The Benihana Resaturant in the hotel is not included in the discount however the food was great, we went there more than once! "

"When we checked in at night, the front desk informed my the room that was ready is a AED room, which is for handicapped and the only difference was the height and size of the sink. Otherwise there's a charge of $20/day for a higher floor. So I chose to accept the room. To my surprise, when I entered the bathroom the shower area had no tub and with young children that's not suitable. If she had informed me prior to check in that there's no tub, I would not hv accepted the room. It was a hassle to move from one room to another esp when we spent all day at the park. We were all tired. I just didn't understand how the room I booked and paid for was not ready and available. Otherwise the hotel and amenities were wonderful. "
