"The room was tight if you have big luggage, even in our twin room (14 Sq m). So don't bring clam shell style luggage. Stayed 4 nights there and beds were so comfortable! On the 4th floor, there is a FamilyMart, coin laundry and onsen (NO tattoos, no matter how small). Onsen was very good, with a 3 indoor pools, one large outdoor pool, 4 individual Jacuzzis and 3 individual hot tubs. Location is just about 3mins walk from Bashamichi station. Cup noodle museum, Cosmoworld, Aka Renga, all within 5 Mins walk. Walked to and from. Yamashita park. Very pleasant in October. Love this APA!! The Minatomirai side rooms allowed us to watch the Ferris Wheel changing its colours every night. Will definitely stay there again if we go to Yokohama!! "

"I love the stay at Sakuragicho. While laying down on your bed in the room, you could enjoy the view of MinatoMirai21 with your partner. That was the best moment we shared together. Besides that, there are plenty of shopping centers, a theme park with a huge Ferris wheel, the cup Noodle museum and Hard Rock Cafe (Yokohama) nearby to the hotel. "

"The rooms are average Japanese size yet functional. There are no closets but there is a mini fridge. A complimentary bottle of mineral water is provided. Nice touch includes USB charger for iPhone (lightning connector) as well as USB-C. Bathroom is slightly larger than other hotels I've stayed in the vincinty. Despite being on the main road, the room has excellent sound insulation and road noise is low unless the window is opened. Breakfast selection is relatively limited (would recommend taking the room only option) and questionable value but the provision of take away cups for filter coffee is a nice touch. Unlike other hotels in the region their are no coin laundry facilities on site for those on multi-day bookings. "

"Room size was standard for a Japanese hotel in a city, but was more than enough comfort for two of us. Rooms were clean and upon check-in, there was a simple welcome pack for the lady, which includes beauty items like hair clips and sample moisturiser packs. The hotel also provides services such as laundry machines, ice machines, microwave and free coffee. There are also some cosmetic samples and bath powders for free available near the front reception. Check-in time was 3pm, which is a little late for my liking. We did not have the experience of leaving our luggage with the reception as it was close to check-in time when we arrived. Wireless internet is provided, which worked well for us. Location of the hotel was good as it is within a 10-minute walking distance from the main Sakuragicho station. Else, if you are taking the subway, you will find a station exit just next to the hotel. From the hotel, you can also take about a 15-minute walk to attractions like the Minato Mirai, Cup Noodle Museum or Yamashita Park. Will recommend this hotel to budget travellers looking for good price and location."
