If the price for the stay was what I had booked on Agoda, it would have been great, but to arrive at the hotel and be informed there that there was the added (and hated) resort fee along with a $16 per day parking fee, was a shock. The housekeeping staff seemed to show up way too early for our schedule, even with the Do Not Disturb sign displayed, but seemed willing t...

Everything is amazing - except that the parking lot is far away and costs about $20 a day. OR you can pay for valet, which I chose not to do. Bottom line, it was beautiful. I saw fireworks at ALL the Disney locations from my balcony facing the pool, the hospitality was very nice, and the interior of the hotel was also fantastic. But the valet thing was annoying. It t...

We just returned from spending a week at Hilton Bonet Creek. We are glad that we choose this resort. It made our time at Disney greatly enjoyable. It is close to all Disney theme parks and have regular free shuttle service. We used Uber or Lyft at times and it's no more than $10 one way. There's hardly anything to fault at this resort. It's new, clean and have great fa...

We stayed at the BW near Disney Springs for 3 days, and it was beyond fantastic. The staff from check-in to concierge were top-notch, highly knowledgeable about the area and very courteous the entire trip. Parking is tight if you decide to bring vehicle, we had to hunt for a spot each night, but there were enough to accommodate. Security is known and present at all tim...

Traveled to Orlando with my 15 y.o. daughter and 3 of her girlfriends for The Worlds's Cheering Competition held at ESPN Wide World of Sports. The entrance to the resort was beautiful. We didn't have much time to look around the resort other than the pool for 2 nights for about an hour or two swim before the pool closed at 10 p.m. Our villa was very comfortable, cle...

We knew we were going to Epcot center, so it was an easy decision to choose the Dolphin resort with its free access by boat to Epcot and leaving the car in the resort parking saved us parking fees as well. Win-Win. The best was its pools and man-made beach areas to relax and unwind from the madness of the theme parks. There is a large waterfall with a cooling grotto an...

This is the only Hilton in the Walt Disney World compound without the Disney price tag. You can get free Extra Magical hour for your ticket entrance while staying here. Even it has its own Disney store to buy your tickets and merchandise in advance. The shuttle to all Disney theme parks are all easy to get. Love to come back again!

room was very spacious and location was excellent! lots of restaurants around the area (dennys, olive garden, mcdonalds, buffalo wild wings, uno, etc). very close to disney world parks and there was a ticketing booth right inside the hotel. staff was very efficient and courteous! great value for money, will defintely be back!

I got this hotel to surprise my girlfriend that lives in Orlando and she fell in love with it. It's a beautiful hotel. Great location and has an amazing view. (We were on the 26th floor) the price for the hotel was great as well! Onu thing that sucked was that there was a $24 hotel fee every night. The fee should cover the valet parking AT LEAST. But it was $20 somethi...

Great location. Literally steps to Disney Springs. Just out to main road and up the bridge and your there. Only stayed for one night, was not bad. I would say the room is pretty clean. The only issue I was not impressed was someone who I think could be a supervisor walked over to the Disney booking desk. Gave attitude to my daughter not to dirty the area ( she was just...

For the most part the hotel was decent. I had asked for a high floor and was put on the 2nd looking out at the roof access so that was a bummer. Busses were the biggest disappointment. I stayed here because I didn’t want to take the ferry nor tram to Magic Kingdom and had to anyway because the busses for the property drop you off at a parking lot that’s near the actual...

My wife and i loved the hotel. Great location, very clean and plenty of parking spaces. It has a 24 hours business center and complementary wireless internet.I recommend it for Disney, universal and sea word visitors. It is very close to downtown Disney market place.

This is a great place to stay if you have young children. It's been recently renovated and while there were some small annoyances (bathroom faucet aerator needed changing, and carts rolling thru halls were noisy), they were nothing compared to the fun you will have. There are two pools. One is a large lagoon like pool with a big rock/waterfall feature and a zero entry ...

Have stayed in a number of the Disney themed hotels and although the Swan wasn’t as elaborate and Disney orientated as the official Disney ones, we preferred this one as it was walking distance to Epcot and Hollywood Studios and the bus transportation to the other parks was brilliant and very reliable , we stayed there for a week and didn’t use the monorail once after...

Very good, you can catch the bus to many major areas including Disney downton, Downtown Orlando, and other theme parks. Free internet, clean rooms, nice staff. One staff member did tell me the wrong information about shuttle bus to the airport i.e. you dont have to book as it is always outside, when she was talking about the car service that would take you anywhere y...

I like comfort inn because they provided the shuttle bus for the guests. Hotel locate by downtown Disney. Moreover, I walked to premium outlet.its about 40 minutes walking but we enjoyed it. We would be happy if comfort inn provided us the new route to premium outlet. Around the hotel area have many restaurants which are different foods. It's only 5 minutes walking t...

I would have given this 5 stars if you could walk to anything from the hotel, but it tucked away in a quiet location. We stayed at 2 Hiltons on this trip, this one and the Palace ( a "full service Hilton). If your driving the Parc Solie has FREE parking, a parking garage in the building. Hilton Palace charges $18 to $26 a night to park depending of you valet or not...

This hotel was conveniently located on Irlo Bronson which is packed full of restaurants stores and convenience stores and supermarkets. We were only about 15 minutes away from Disney Springs where we spent New Year's Eve and it was wonderful after being out until 2:30 in the morning being able to quickly drive back to our hotel. Our room was cozy and clean and perf...

Door did not close tight. Safe in the room can not be used! Bathroom wa OK. Beds were fine. No Microwave in the room, yes in the vending machine room but very tiny one. Parking is FREE, Elevator is needed to be upgraded! No security camera in the hall in each floor. At night there was always a security guard just sit in the hall to watch over the security... lol! Laund...

Beautiful hotel, modern and clean. Fantastic location close to magic kingdom and Epcot. Pool was heated and perfect for a dip after the park. Nice poolside restaurant overlooking lake and hotel. Watch the magic kingdom fireworks from your room balcony. We had a great time.

Enjoyed our stay here at LBV. Area was convenient for Disney and shuttle to the parks was a great addition. Staff were really friendly and hotel social was a nice additional extra. It is worth noting the hotel does not offer airport transfer and the agora/ booking.com sites suggest it does so this needs to be rectified. Property is spacious and beds comfy. Decor is a...

This hotel is conveniently located near the Disney Springs area, within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff are polite and helpful. Good choice over a Disney hotel if you prefer something that is value for money. Disney parks are just a short drive away and it is easy to get an Uber around this location. Was given a balcony room with nice views of the fireworks...

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the Mickey Mouse shaped pancakes during breakfast. We stayed here for 5 days and the breakfast menu does not change at all. It does provide a good variety though (sliced bread, muffins, bacon, oily sausages, waffle pancakes, cereal, juices, yogurt, fruits). Their room is like a small apartment hotel, it comes with a kitchen area wi...
