"Absolutely worth the extra expense to be walking distance to Magic Kingdom! Our room was in the South Garden Wing with a view over the lake (and a random surprise late night light and sound show on the water which was amazing), the room was comfortable and had all of the necessary facilities, however it was not a room representative of the price... you are paying for location location location! The kids LOVED dinner at Chef Mickey's and meeting Micky, Mini, Donald, Goofy and Pluto... My sister and I LOVED dinner the next night at the California Grill (ask for a table with a view of the Magic Kingdom - stunning all lit up at night!) Tip to adults... there are massage chairs in the games arcade - pure genius! Another hint... if you are trying to get to Hollywood Studios early to get on the virtual queue for Rise of the Revolution, take an Uber, the bus is great but waiting in the cold isn't fun at that hour!
