Had an emergency and the staff was accommodating and nice”
So, we had a small emergency and needed a place to stay. The guy on duty was patient and accommodating. I highly appreciate his effort and kindness and time. I recommend this hotel for sure just because of staff alone. The room is clean and ample storage if you need that. The water runs hot ( huge plus ) and will be a returning customer, hopefully under better circumstances.

I have been here a total of 11 days the staff actually listen to you and hear what you have to say and then whatever it may be that you need for asking or just a statement in general they are quick to accommodate whatever those needs questions or just anything in general may be very very refreshing it's quiet at night there's not people walking the parking lots between 2 and 5 a.m. I haven't experienced anything for I feel like my car or any possessions inside are at Jeopardy like a lot of other places and facilities around here all around for the price The Establishment the rooms the accommodation you really just can't ask for anymore

Starting off positive, the gentleman at checkin was great! However, the guy in the morning was SO RUDE! The hotel comes with 2 towels. The booking was for my husband, my 7 year old and myself. I called in the morning and asked for an extra towel., the guy asked if I can come down and get it. I informed that I has a child in the bath. He brought it up, no problem. The issue; upon checkout, my husband was questioned why he needed extra towels and why the employee had to take them up to us...? Hmmm customer service perhaps?!! When my husband informed the guy that he was loading the car and the baby was in the bath the guy replied I"I had to take them up to you"! Suggestion 1: If a reservation has more then 2 people, stock the room appropriately. Suggestion 2: learn how to speak to your customers Suggestion 3: Properly accommodate your guest! We come to SD OFTEN! We drive all the way here to eat at the waffle spot ALL THE TIME, my kid loves it... With that said WE WILLNOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN

unclean, shower's terrible, floor filthy, headboard soiled, ugly, depressing, uncaring, questionable area, lock broken, small towels, no change for vending machine, mentions breakfast...THERE IS NO BREAKFAST ,..and you would NOT want to eat on the plates or the food. I left a day early because I thought I would lose my mind if I stayed in this terrible room another minute. I took the longest shower when I got home and still I am traumatized by the one night I stayed there.

I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel from the reception area rude, When I got to the room smell like cigarettes awful and the door was broken, dirty carpet and the headboards were dirty you can tell they didn’t even try to clean it, the bathroom handle was not working to close the door, the shower it was disgusting. There are homeless people outside and the pee smell. 🤮🤮Who ever runs this property does not care about the guest to have a good experience. Not a good place to stay 👎🏻

Not Clean & Very Noisy”
I was really disappointed with how unkempt the room was. There were two lamps that didn't work and the headboard was dirty and full of black scratch marks. There was a layer of dust in places around the room, so I could tell that housekeeping hadn't clean the room in a while. The mattress on the bed felt worn out and was uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the hotel is right next to the freeway, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, you won't find that at this location. I found the staff to be disinterested and just going through the motions. After standing around in an empty front office for 5 minutes, I had to ask a maintenance employee to help me check out. He went to find the employee and came back to tell me that it would be 2 minutes for the guy to show up. It was more like another 5! I chose this hotel for the price because I only needed one night, but I definitely got what I paid for. Live and learn.

False advertisement. I made my final decision because of the free breakfast. This is not the case, when I tried to discuss and work with them on righting the.wrong they were not open to anything. They told me that I would have to contact Wyndham. I did, they just kept offering a promotional offer for my next stay. I told them I would like an adjustment for my current stay. They would then transfer me, 3 times. The 3rd time they hung up on me. Also this hotel is under constructuon, however that was not the filth that bugged me. It was the trash scatted all over their parking lot and sidewalks. Dirty clothes, trash and people smoking in their cars.
