Covid-19 Limited Services Available but Great Location and Clean Rooms!”
Stayed here for one night during the pandemic that was taking its toll around the world. Humble house made me feel safe knowing that every who entered the premise was screened for a fever. All facilities including the gym, swimming pool and restaurants were closed. That’s understandable because of the pandemic. The entirety of Taiwan is doing a fantastic job mitigating the risk of spreading the virus unlike other countries. The room was clean and I had a fantastic view overlooking Taipei 101 and the AIA building. They also gave me a room on the PURE floor therefore I had a extra air filter in my room. I did wish the room had extra electrical outlets though because there isn’t a place to charge your electronics on the bedside table or even near the work desk.

Perfect Location and Amenities ”
It was perfect for shopping, eating and enjoying the city. We could easily walk around as it was in the center of the shopping area and quickly return back to the hotel to rest. The MRT stations are nearby and there are lots of taxis waiting. The staff are very helpful! The rooms are clean, comfortable, well-kept.

I was in the hotel during a very serious earthquake last Wednesday night, the 7th, and was so shaken by the experience. I i formed the hotel that My family and I were so traumatised that we cut out trip short and wanted to head back home. Both Agoda and The Humble House agreed to refund me the 2 days that i did not use. This is exceptionally understanding and the manner in which both parties handled it was exemplary. I have always stayed at the Humble House, and I definitely always will.

Probably the best hotel in Taipei”
We love this hotel because of its great view of Taipei 101. The swimming pool at night is just the best with Taipei's skyline as the backdrop. The staff are courteous and always willing to help. Buffet breakfast has good variety and choices.

Very chic and modern hotel in western Taipei close to the 101 tower. Room was excellent and breakfast buffet was very good too. Staff were all very polite. Bar area in the evening was lovely. Would recommend to anyone.

Best location, can buy or eat anything popular of Taipei”
Room is smaller than I expected but the staff was really kind to upgrade my room with view of Taipei 101 for my birthday . If you travel in Taipei it’s the best location you can go to any restaurants you want and buy anything you want ( just more pricy thought) there are many department Stores nearby. Very good view in the night!

The view is great if you're in the section on Taipei 101 view. Considering to book it for NYE. Everything is great, except maybe there's no breakfast buffet included in the booking (although it's still ok without it). Just a feedback regarding the toiletries container, it's not easy for everyone to squeeze it esp if you have older companions. The fridge also seems not working (not cold) or it's just the way they set it centrally.

All looks perfect except that when we try to borrow fork/chopstick, staff mentioned that it will be charged around 200TWD (maybe due to COVID 19) but that never happened in other hotels we stayed before. Anyhow, still a good choice if you wanna stay in the middle of Taipei! and service is quite good!

Humble house is in a very good location, close to high end shopping and good restaurants. It's a 3 min walk to the nearest train station. Hotel staff are very accommodating. The hotel is modern and rooms are immaculately clean although lights are on the dim side but that's fine. It doesn't make me think less of it. I love Humble House. We will definitely come back to Taipei with my children and will def stay here again.
