Best Hotel in Madrid”

Fantastic stay. Clean spacious rooms, very quiet even though its located along the main Gran Via shopping belt. Near to many food options and walking distance to 3/4 train stations. Also stones throw from the 2 main plazas, Sol and Mayor. Hotel also has a decently sized gym which we made use of during the stay. Pity Sol and the Santiago Bernabeu were under renovation, otherwise it would have been a splendid stay in Madrid. Would definitely come back again if I am in town. Thank you Hyatt Centric!

Amazing stay! ”

I stayed with a friend. The hotel is in a amazing location (primary is in front of the hotel) with all other stores for shoppers. Full of restaurants and bars all around. Everything is at walking distance. The staff was great and everything was clean, I will definitely return

1. 직원태도 스페인 11박 12일 바르셀로나 세비야 그라나다 마드리 숙소중 최고 불친절함 영어를 잘 못한다고 하니 불편함을 표색. 말만 더빠르게만 하려고 하고 쉽게 설명을 해줄 의사가 안보임 2. 객실 재정비 첫날 미용티슈 몇장안쓰고 다 떨어짐 다음날 채워주겠지 했지만 거기에 우리가 사용하던 머리빗을 꽂아둠? 처음부터 우리가 용도를 잘못 사용한듯 3. 미니바(충격) 오성급에 이게 맞나? 생각듬 중요한건 와인은 있는데 와인잔은 없음 ㅋㅋㅋ 와인잔 제공도 안해준다함 크... 4. 어메니티 공용 샴품 트리트먼트 바디워시 제공. 환경을 생각하나 싶었으나 그라나다 오성급은 잘 제공해줬음 부족하면 더 요청을 해달라고까지 해줌 여기가 캘리포니아 인가 하는 착각을 하게됨 이상 마드리드의 좋지 못한 추억으로 남게되어 유감입니다

فندق رائع”

الفندق ممتاز وعائلي ونظيف جدا بس بدون حمام سباحه وموقعه في وسط شارع جران فيا اهم شارع للتسوق واغلب المحلات حوالين الفندق واسعارهن مناسبه جدا والنت قوي لكن الغرفه مافيها زجاجات ماي الا اول يوم وكارفور قريب وايضا كارفور اخر مفتوح 24 ساعه بعد قريب من الفندق لكن اغتقد لاتوجد مواقف سيارات قريبه او حوالين الفندق انا ما استاجرت سياره لكن مالاحظت المواقف
