“Serious Billing Mistake”
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Hotel, and overall, the experience was good. The facilities were excellent, the room was comfortable and clean, and the location was very convenient. However, after checking out, I noticed that the hotel mistakenly overcharged me for two transactions—$177 and $199. What disappointed me even more was that after I contacted the hotel, they admitted their mistake but only offered a verbal apology without promptly processing my refund. As of now, I still haven’t received my money back. This kind of financial mismanagement is unacceptable and significantly affects the guest experience.
