    Everyone was so nice and very helpful especially the lady at the front desk who gave us directions on how to go to the Outlets. It was our first time in the US and they made it even more memorable

    “Great stay”

    Room was clean and spacious enough for 2 families with toddlers. There was a sink and good space of fridge. Breakfast was nice. AC was cold enough. Beds were clean and comfy, pillows not so much. Bathroom was really small though. Pool was heated. Fantastic location if you’re going to Universal 😄

    “Good choice”

    Free shuttle to Universal (need reservation). Walkable distance too (15-20mins). Large room. Kitchen opens till 10:30pm, reasonable price and taste delicious. Staffs are nice and friendly. Breakfast included however not very clean. Picked the 5th plate/bowl to find an acceptable one. Hairs on syrup jar, kitchen staff replaced it immediately. Bugs walking around in the food area.

    “Value for money ”

    We were given free upgrade to a room with bunk bed, much to the delight of the kids. Room is huge, housekeeping is done on alternate days. Breakfast spread is limited and almost the same daily but that's OK for us. WiFi is strong at all times and staff at the front desk are friendly. Parking at the hotel is free.
