Pros: 1. Loved the bed, very comfortable. My father slept very soundly on it. I did same in my bed. 2. Pillows were soft and nice; added to making for a perfect sleep for the whole duration of our stay (5 nights) 3. The bath towels are also clean, thick and fluffy. 4. Provided shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the shower a thumbs up, plus I like the brand the hotel is using Cons: 1. No elevator to bring luggage up. Escalator to second floor where the check in staff was, was very narrow. This was a big minus for me 2. Price of bottled water in the room very expensive at $4 a piece. We bought replacement ones at a store for $1.65 a bottle after using the ones available during the first night we stayed at the hotel. 3. Not a fan of the door design to the bathroom 4. Same with the design mirror on the wall where reflection you get is broken 5. Lastly, I also did not like the design of the sink

My dad and I booked a room here the night before an afternoon 49ers game, and even though it was expensive, it was absolutely worth it. The fact that we left the car in the parking garage during the game and just walked to the stadium made the life so convenient in that moment. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and the staff was terrific. Oh, and the breakfast options were absolutely delicious. Kudos to that kitchen!
