Superb location, train station is a stone throw away from the hotel which is convenient. Shops and trams are walking distance. Staff are friendly and approachable.

It is right on the train station so very handy if travelling by train like we did. It is a fair hike down to the beach though which is where most of the fun of Nice is. If you are planning some day trips, Monaco etc, then it's a good spot due to it's closeness to the station. Hotel itself is nothing fancy. Breakfast was very average

Bad experience in this hotel”
Firstly, the picture of toilet is totally different from the picture shown in Agoda during my reservation. Very small and dilapidated toilet, smelly and uncomfortable bed (terrible condition of the mattress).

Disappointing”
The room was much smaller than other IBIS budget hotels we had stayed at - and this was supposedly 3 stars. The bathroom was about the size of bathroom on a cruise ship - tiny! There were also only two bath towels provided, so don’t expect hand towels. There’s no room service - if you need anything you will need to personally head down to the lobby to get them (eg. Toilet paper). The bed was also awfully uncomfortable - think cheap rough pillows (it’s like you’re sleeping on plastic!) The staff however were friendly and nice.

Ibis Niece Centre Gare is located right at the railway station but also a walking distance to the center of Niece and its waterfront.The room was comfortable and clean. The staff friendly, professional and efficient.

we chose the place for the location which is right on the train station building and makes it easy for travellers like me. It is not beachfront but the beach is only few minutes away by foot or you can easily take the city tram. overall service is great and we are well taken care of

It just located beside the Nice train station, and about 15 mins travel distance by car from the Nice Airport. The room is nice, just the bathroom is too small. Is about 20 mins walking distance to sea. NICE is nice.
