Wow, we were very impressed! The only thing was our room wasn't ready at after 4pm when check in was allowed at 2. We had to wait 20 min so they suggested we get a drink on their terrace at the free drink station. It was nice to offer but the choices were all.very sweet liqueurs, mixers or juices. It would be nice to have a selection of wine and beer as well. After check in we went to our room and it was very roomy and comfortable. A/C in living area and bedroom. Ting kitchen area with small frig, micro, sink, 2 burner stove, hot water kettle. Cool and spacious shower with separate tub and separate toilet area. Sink with vanity and stool that was appreciated for makeup application! Lanai area huge with a lounger sofa and 2 chairs with a lil table to have a nice cocktail while you watch the gorgeous sunset!! Seems like every room has a view and it is amazing. You are rt across the street from a little beach that is barely used. Breakfast was great with many selections that we didn't tire of in the 4 days we were there. They changed some items so there was always something new each morning. Location was close to blue cave, but unfortunately it was closed the time we were.there due to dangerous surf. We went instead to a beach about a block away that had spectacular snorkeling!!! Overall one of our favorite destination vacations and we travel alot! Can't wait to visit again
The interior of the accommodation was recorded in video instead of photos, so I can't upload it. It was really clean and all the staff were kind. They greeted us whenever we met, and even though we couldn't speak much English or Japanese, they kindly explained everything. There is also an indoor pool in the hotel, and just a short walk away is the sea, with a building run by the hotel in front of the sea where you can rent tubes and have a simple shower facility with towels, which was really nice. I did a self-wedding shoot nearby, and the area was so beautiful that no matter how we took pictures, they turned out great. I wanted to take pictures at the accommodation too, but I couldn't due to lack of energy and time, which was a bit of a disappointment. It would have been great for a self-wedding shoot at the accommodation. Also, there was a Korean staff member at the hotel who was very kind and friendly, and I am really grateful for that. Thank you, Ms. Seo Yi-jin! (I didn’t ask about your rank, so I don't know...) I bragged about doing a self-wedding shoot, and she kindly reacted to it. When we were about to check out and got in the car, she came over knowing our car and gave us a gift. It was so touching... She gave us chopsticks and said that it's the same meaning as giving chopsticks in Korea, wishing for us to live beautifully. There is also a golf course behind the hotel, so it seems like a good place for those who play golf. I plan to come back with my family next time. Anyway, it was the best accommodation in many ways. (Additionally, I wanted to iron my wrinkled dress, but the iron I brought didn’t work well, so I asked if they had a steam iron, and fortunately, they willingly lent me one. If they hadn't had an iron, I wouldn’t have been able to shoot; I was so relieved! Thank you!!)

Very friendly restaurant staff I planned a trip to Okinawa with triplets who are under 2-year-old yet. There were totally 7 people including my parents. At Agoda, if you include infants in the number of people, there are not many rooms that can be reserved, so I made an international call to the resort and received a friendly guide saying that even if only adults had made a reservation, infants under the age of 5 could be accompanied for free. The accommodation was divided into two, randomly assigned - run of house - for the first two nights, and the Annex Suite for the remaining two nights. In fact, I made a reservation without knowing what random assignment was, and was added to another room because the first one was a non-refundable condition. At check-in, the front desk staff figured out the number of people and assigned a suite room even for random assignment reservations at the hotel building. Agoda says that Korean language is not available, but the front desk staff was able to speak fluent Korean. The staff recommended staying 4 nights in a suite in the hotel building with a detailed description of the room, and I decided to do so. If I choose the cleaning service exclusion, a coupon that can be used at the resort is provided by calculating 2,000 yen per day. Excluded cleaning services were only for changing bedding, cleaning the floor and washing dishes. All amenities and towels were changed every day. The accommodation was large enough for 4 adults and 3 children to stay. There was nothing lacking in the accommodation, but on the second day, there was difficulty connecting to the Internet, so when I inquired, the staff tried their best to solve the problem with sincerity. However, the problem was not resolved right away,
I stayed at the annex building, the room was clean and new and huge! The Okinawa soba next to the annex building was delicious. The only fallback was the walk to annex building entrance is uphill so it’s tiring to walk back each time but will be no issue with a car.

“It was the best birthday celebration trip!!”
I recently visited Okinawa for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by all the activities and amenities available at the accommodation. Here are some pros and cons I noted. Pros: 1. The location is convenient with good access to both national roads and highways. 2. They provide a cart service to take you to the hotel building! There's a cart operating between the Annex building and the Hotel Tower building (until around midnight?). Sometimes walking is faster, though... 3. There's a beach house where you can rent various items, but be careful as rentals are available only until 5 PM! 4. The events organized by the resort are great!!! They especially hold firework shows every other day, and there might be different events in other seasons. 5. The staff are very friendly. They speak some English, and there are a few who can speak a little Korean as well~ I heard there is a staff member who is fully Korean, and I saw them just once; they were very kind. 6. The 12th-floor lounge in the Annex building has a free bar, so don’t forget to utilize it~ They offer cocktail making as well, which you can use later! (I heard there’s also one in the hotel building~) The pool in the Annex building is for adults only starting from 6 PM!! You can enjoy it while watching the sunset (I missed out on the benefit because I was too hungry...) 7. If you don’t need room cleaning, you can get a voucher instead. They provide guidance, but some tourists don’t notice that they leave towels and amenities next to your door, so just put out the towels for collection when you leave and receive a voucher. You get one for each night (not sure how long this will last). 8. There are quite a few dining options nearby, and there's an izakaya pickup service. 9. You can make reasonable reservations for leisure activities without having to book directly (I enjoyed snorkeling but couldn’t fully experience it because I got tired…) Cons: 1. The nearest convenience store is a 10-15 minute walk away. You can't use a shortcut, and it's hard to go at night. 2. In the Annex building, you have to go up a hill, and the parking lot fills up quickly. You need to check in during the check-in timeframe to park close to the building. 3. There aren't many cafes, so you have to ask a staff member for directions; the closest one is in Ishikawa Prefecture (a 15-minute drive).
