good location hotel and only 15-30 minutes from airport.as far as i learned, it is the apartment being turned to 4 star hotel and only 6 to 8 minutes walk from hotel to the sea side area.hotel will need renovation and i find the power socket is out dated. management is super with all the filipinos working mates.anyway, it can provide you the basic hotel daily requirements.

Middle of the road hotel. Located in city centre of Kuwait. Lots of traffic outside. The staff is the best assest for this hotel. Very pleasant,friendly and helpful staff. Close location to the old Kuwait, the Souq. Very poor internet connection. No English newspapers available in the hotel. Old TV in room with low grade picture quality. Room windows very dirty from outside. Our room was located close to the neighbouring Mosque, which woke us up around 4 am every morning.

Round-trip between the airport and the hotel costs 12 KD. The driver helped us alot even he couldn't speak English fluently, but he was patient and tried to understand us. The view of Kuwait Tower from my room was spectacular. Just a short walk to Applebee's and the beach in front of the restaurant. There were many choices for breakfast buffet. Overall is a pleasant stay for us.

This was my second visit to the hotel. The staff is always very friendly & welcoming. Their service is exceptional. From the moment of arrival, and hearinng the bellman greet me with a smile saying, “Welcome back,” I felt right at home. They were accomodating to my requests and resolved any issues I had while staying in a timely manner. I highly recommend this hotel. It truly feels like my home away from home when I’m in Kuwait.

Not sure why this place has such a low review score, I can only say good things about it. I had a very nice and clean room, a very nice and clean bathroom, wifi was good, staff was friendly, fast check in and check out, wake up call on the minute, no smoking smell anywhere. Aircon was controllable individually for my room contrary to another review. It´s one of the cheaper options and I´m glad I booked it. Location is good too, walked to the Kuwait Towers and the seaside restaurants. Recommended for budget travellers. Negatives: windows dirty and not closing well, hotel only offers taxi to airport at inflated prices so I just walked out on the main road and got myself one for less than half. Metered taxi fare to airport is 4 KD.

I liked almost everything there. Central location in Kuwait City, short walking distance to the beach promenade and one of the major bus stops in the city. Not far even to the Kuwait Towers, the nice mall area etc. Room have everything one needs - comfortable beds, nice bathroom, tv, fast wi-fi, fridge, nice view from the window. Breakfast is good too. And most important - value for the money as the hotel price is unbeatable for the comfort you get.

i was on duty travel and it was my 1st trip to kuwait. so i had no clue on which hotel to book so i was searching all of available hotels closer to the main business district and i came across this hotel property value for money. when i actually visited this hotel i was too happy as i realized that i have booked the perfect place for my stay in kuwait. true, the property is small, but i can say that the properly has been properly managed. i stayed in bedroom suite and it was such a great experience. the large bathroom, cozy bedroom (or the bed was too comfortable) and fully furnished living room are truly well designed. reception desk has been managed 24/7 and they are well organized. i did not have to stay too long at the desk as they had all paperwork ready and i only had to sign and receive the key. breakfast is ok as there were english/arabic options available. it’s truly value for money and you get more value than you paid and expect for. i only wish if they had a swimming pool & health club as it would have been so wonderful. however i guess they will not be able to make it since it was a small property. overall i am happy with my stay at this property and hoping to stay there again when i am back in kuwait end of this month.

One of the best hotel that I stayed. The staffs of the hotel is very friendly and helpful. Myself and my friend tried to locate a restaurant for dinner . The hotel concierge even walked out to the hotel to show us the direction in detail. The room is very comfortable and nice indoor swimming pool. I really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely come back if travel to Kuwait again!

This hotel is simple but with all the facilities you would need. Forget about those pretty much low reviews you might see over the internet, and the people complaining for some broken things here and there. Yes, the hotel interior is somewhat weared, and the only issue we found was a small hole in the wall as one of the plugs were missing. The room was very large, a full apartment with all kitchen fittings needed. Free wifi, nice swimming pool, nice staff. Of course clean and very quiet. Not even the call for prayer from the mosques could be heard. You will need a rental car for your overall visit of Kuwait City, we did not expect that distances were actually that big and with 45 degrees having a car saved us from exhausting otherwise. Free car park available at the front and sides of the hotel.

The hotel is located in the Kuwait City center. You get a nice city view from one of the higher floors. I was at floor 13. The room was very nice, almost at a luxury level. When I arrived to the room, it felt cold as the air conditioning was on. I looked at the air conditioning and it showed a room temperature of 13, so it was no wonder that the room felt cold. I turned off the air conditioning and I thought that the room would soon warm up, but that did not happen as it was cool outside during the night, so in the morning it was still only 17 degrees inside the room. The blanket of the bed was not thick enough to compensate for the cold air in the room, so I was freezing. I was not expecting this as Kuwait City is known as one of the hottest cities in the world during the summer months. However, Kuwait is a little further north than the other Gulf countries and that makes a big difference during the winter months. It can get quite cold here during the winter months, occasionally it can even freeze here, so it can get cold in the hotel rooms, if you travel here in December or January. Also the water in the shower was not especially warm, so when you take a shower it is going to feel maybe a little too refreshing considering that you are already freezing before turning the water on.
