I am sorry to say that we had a very bad experience staying at this hotel. The service and overall attitude of the personnel was really bad from the beginning. We had several incidents. First when we arrived for check in at night, we were received with the surprise that our reservation had to be changed and that the 3 rooms that we had booked and PAID for, had changed due to over capacity of the hotel. Were told that we had to sleep in 3 rooms that were different from our reservation and then move to different rooms the next morning. The next morning the "new" rooms were not even ready for us to change, we had to wait literally in the lobby to be changed to our "new" rooms and spend our first holiday day that way. Then the next morning somebody knocked and at the same time (without waiting for a reply) opened our door of one of our rooms, this made us wake up very scared, as we didn’t know what was happening. Then the person closed the door and left without saying anything. Nobody was able to tell us who had tried to enter our room or give us an explanation for these huge inconveniences during our vacation. After we talked to several of the hotel personnel including Jonathan the manager, we were told that we were not going to receive any charges for our bill of the 2 days we spent in the hotel for the inconveniences. But just a few hours after we left the hotel, we received by surprise all the charges of the hotel, without us even knowing what we were getting charged for, because to this day we have only received the bill of 1 of the 3 rooms we had during our stay. We haven’t received an invoice or a bill for the other 2 rooms. When we tried reaching out to the hotel to clarify all the charges that had been made, we had a hard time reaching the hotel manager through emails and calls. Finally, yesterday we were able to get a hold of him after waiting for him in the line and saying that we could not look for him any longer. WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE BILL!
