Just across the street from Gare de Cannes, about 50 steps away. Many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to most attractions in Cannes. Rooms were clean. A/C provided.

This hotel is right opposite the train station, convenient location with cafe and restaurant options just around it. It’s good if you just stop over. The room is very small especially the shower room, I can hardly pick up something that drops onto the floor 😅

Great location and nice little hotel”
I booked the small room with "special condition", since I am traveling alone, I am ready for whatever surprise that could happen. However when I took the key and step in the room, I didn't find anything wrong with it, it's a small room with a small shower, but it's a lovely room, bed and pillow are comfortable, not the best but good enough, some dust on the floor but it's inevitable... trust me after you spend one whole day at the beach, you won't care that much. Location is its greatest point, just right across the train station, supermarket and shops are 5mins away, beach is 10mins away, what else could you ask for? Anyway I would recommend the hotel to anyone for its price and location, and I would come back to stay again if I returned to Cannes!

A Really Valuable Hotel With Great Location”
turn right if you arrive by bus there. It's very near the bus station and you can see the hotel very easily on your left after walking a short distance. The Look is very good and it gave me a very good memory there even though I only give one night to it. Absolutely it's a valuable hotel there. You can go to the bus station as well as the city center and beach very quickly. Really recommend it. Maybe the best place I've ever stayed except La Fountain in Provence.

Average hotel in a good location”
Hotel was slightly difficult to locate but the location was great for its price and near to the shopping area/beachfront. Nothing much for food apart from 2-3 local cafes/restaurants around. Have to walk a distance to near the beachfront for more variety. The free parking in the night just beside the hotel was excellent, especially since parking rates in Cannes/Nice/Monaco is extremely expensive! Normal rates were 2-3 euros for 1-2 hrs and normally overnight rates are around 18 euros. Would be a choice hotel for those on a budget and driving. However, if you wish to enjoy the splendid view of Cannes beachfront and for the reason why celebs go there for holiday, choose a hotel facing the seafront. It's worth it!

I would not recommend this place”
The city of Cannes is very touristic, especially in summer time. The hotels are very expensive and the people are not so nice. I would recommend other towns along the coast. The hotel itself is located right next to the train station. I think this is the only pro point for it.
