logement désagréable, nous sommes rentré le vendredi au lieu du samedi”

ouverture de l'agence à 14h donc tous les vacanciers qui souhaitaient récupérer les clés étaient là à la même heure. Résultat + de 2 heures d'attente en plein soleil avec 4 enfants. Inadmissible.
Le ménage à notre arrivée n'était pas fait, facturé pour les départ 150€ c'est inadmissible 2 cuillère à café pour 6 personnes 3 chaises à l'intérieur pour 6 personnes rampe sur balcon cassé = risque de chute pour un enfant , logement inadapté avec des enfants, les photos ne correspondent pas au logement
