We booked here for our first night before we started the Camino and it was the perfect place to start from. It was a little bit out of town but it was nice to have that little bit of a head start and sleep in. The family that runs it are absolutely amazing and lovely. We had the best stay! I would love to come back and just stay for a few days because it was so friendly, homey and inviting. We had a lovely dinner around there family dining room table with wine and a warm fire. Their little boy is beautiful and such a sweetie. This is a must stay if your in St Jean pied de port. Can't recommend them enough!!! You guys are the absolute best.
