Bad mood front office manager. ”
I’ve book the superior room but the staff wasn’t allow my child to stay with us. They said the 22sqm room was to small for 3 persons. So they forced me to upgrade the room to deluxe room and charge me 90€ for 4 nights

We were a big family of 10 and booked 4 rooms through Agoda March 25-27 then came back April 5-11. So it was a long stay at the hotel. Prior to arrival, our itinerary changed due to the rail strike and had to come back to Paris to April 6 instead. It was a book & pay now but the hotel agreed to let me change my reservations since they had availability at no additional cost so Agoda followed. That was already a first sign of how accommodating they were. The manager Madame Valerie and everyone at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating to ALL our requests. Never annoyed & always smilin. We booked 3 junior suite rooms (36 sqm) and 1 suite couture (55sqm) which were so big for European standards and cheaper than booking with a known hotel chain. Rooms were very clean and modern! Location is great! A block away from Champs Elysees and Avenue Montaigne! Shop and have it delivered to the hotel. Will definitely consider it a home in Paris for the whole family!

PERFECTION”
We loved this hotel. There is NOTHING not to like. Location: superb. Room size: very large (each room has a name!). Noise level: very quiet (there were only three rooms on our floor (6th)). Ammenities: great. There was even a japanese style toilet (meaning: built-in to the toilet system). Staffe: always pleasnt, helpful, unpretentious,and patient. We have been to Paris over a dozen times. LaMaison Champs Elysees rates among the best, and was affordably priced.

Hotel with Sophisticated design taste and centrally located hotel”
Loved my stay at La Maison. What drawn me to this hotel is it was designed by Martin Margiela. Its atmosphere is very high styleand unique. A boutique sized hotel, has a great breakfast and comfy bed with linen sheets and only 2 blocks away from2 metro lines makes this a cozy selection away from the hussle of Champs Elysees.

This hotel is located at Champs Elysees and is very convenient to the shopping and attraction within Paris. The room is equipped with all the high tech gadgets and bed was very comfortable. The service by the manager and staffs is top notch and definitely worth the money spent. Will definitely recommend our friends to book here when visiting Paris in future. Cheers!

Excellent hotel - convenient location, walking distance to Champs Elysees and all main attractions (Grand Palais, Eiffel Tower etc); fantastic staff performance (the receptionist called France was very helpful and efficient), the bellboy delivered our bags to our room before checking in; rooms were clean and well maintained. Overall one of the best hotels we've stayed in! A++++

Perfect location”
Perfect location, few minutes walk to Champs Elysees. I like the ambiance of the hotel, with cozy room and good-enough size for a solo traveler. I love the food in their buffet lunch. Staff on duty are all helpful. Will definitely stay here again.

Guilded Lounge Suite”
I love the Guilded Lounge Suite I stayed, which was one of the rooms designed my Martin Margiela under the Suite Couture collection. I emailed the hotel for this room specifically (they have 4 different designs) and I'm happy they reserved it for me. The staff speaks English well, friendly and helpful. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed. There are free movies, big screen Mac computer with wifi and Nespresso machine. The food is good especially the Sunday brunch at La Table du 8 restaurant. Mostly, I enjoyed the design of the room and the whole hotel, the simplicity but with great amount of details. The location is on a quite street but very close to luxury shopping and Champs Elyesees. I visited the Grand Palais, which had a great Dynamo L'Exposition and it was just 5 mins walk from the hotel. The grand Palais cafe across the hotel is a good substitute for lunch and tea time. Great experience for something different and would definitely recommend to others.

We arrived at the hotel and we had an 11 year child. They upgraded us to a bigger room, which was able to fit an extra bed. So we were very impressed! Staff were friendly and speaks english well and always courteous. This place is very close to Champs Elysees for those who likes to shop and close to the metro etc. Great we'll come back again!
