very nice and excellent location”

The hotel was old, but very clean. It has a very good location, very near to everything. The only problem, we stayed there for three nights but they didnt change the sheets or the towels.

Great location and hospitality”

I stayed one night alone. The staff was really kind and polite. The room was comfortable and on the top of the floor. The view was awesome. one thing is that there was no slippers, so it was a little bit hard to walk around the room because I didnt want to walk with bare feet. But thank you!

Hotel is located in the center of Strassburg. Price Value is good. Rooms are smaller than on the internet. Dont expect to much from the interieur. It is a solid Hotel but nothing more.

Komfortniveau einer Jugendherberge, aber immerhin Privatsphäre. Besser als nichts, wenn nur der Preis eine Rolle spielt!”

Zentral gelegen, keine 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt. Höfliche Bedienung. Aber ansonsten ein Saftladen. Trotz Buchung war kein Frühstück dabei. Die Buchungsplattform entschuldigte sich und bat, das Frühstück von 11,90 Euro vor Ort zu bezahlen und zur Erstattung einzureichen. So weit so gut. Man verweigerte mir den Gang zum Frühstücksbuffet. Ich hätte nicht beim Check-in die strittige Zusatzgebühr entrichtet und jetzt wäre es hierfür zu spät. Trotz Wiederholung derer Buchungspanne - keine Gnade! Das Zimmer ist wirklich ausgesprochen klein mit Dachbalken die die Zimmer noch weiter verkleinern. Duschbrausenarmatur wackelig, fällt ständig herunter. Ziemlich lieblose Zimmergestaltung. Nicht mal ein Telefon zum Erreichen der Rezeption vorhanden. An das ermittelte Hoteltelefon ging über eine Stunde keiner heran. Nur per eMail erreichbar. Nur Küchenhilfe vor Ort. Komfortniveau einer Jugendherberge, aber immerhin Privatsphäre. Besser als nichts, wenn nur der Preis eine Rolle spielt!
