Great location, but the room was filthy, small & very hot. Although the location is good, if you want to be able to sleep at night don’t stay on a Friday/Saturday as you will have the joy of hearing drunk people until the early hours of the morning.

Good value hotel in Central Lille”
The hotel is above a restaurant right in the centre of Lille. Check in took a little while but it was a busy Sunday afternoon in the restaurant but once started check in was easy. Not much English spoken by some staff so be aware if you speak no French. My room was really comfortable and I slept so well. I walked around Lille but ended up eating in the restaurant of the hotel. Good choice. The food was excellent. I wold recommend this hotel to anyone.

IDEAL FOR ONE NIGHT”
Had one night at the Le Napolean Hotel before starting a WWI Battlefield tour. Hotel very handy to station and the center of town. Arrived early (11:30am) but could not check-in until 2.00pm. Room clean with plenty of room. Only downside was a bit of street noise. Enjoyed our stay, would stay again.

We found this to be a decent place to stay for the evening. We were in transit from the Flanders staion one afternoon, to the Eurostar the next, and the stations could not have been closer. One was across the road(literally), and the other 2 blocks away. There was a small European elevator to go up to the rooms. Check in was at the reception, and they spoke a small amount of English. Good and fast wifi, and breezy check-out. Easy walking to the nice historic section of the city, and to the mall with a massive grocery store. Only negative was that it was really hot, which we had to keep the windows open, but this brought in the street noise. As is usual in older Euro cities/buildings, there was no a/c.

Our stay was fine,this is a budget hotel with no frills,however the bathroom was new and very clean and there was a lot of natural light,which I love.The room had been recently refreshed and it was perfect for the weekend that we had there,I would be more than happy to stay there again,it's close to both train stations and all the things that you may want to see.

מצויין אם מחפשים משהו קרוב לתחנה בשביל נסיעה ברכבת. יש מעלית למזוודות והחדרים בסדר גמור. המלון נמצא מעל בר על אותו השם וכנראה שיהיה הומה למטה ברוב השעות. החדרים אטומים לרעש יחסית.

Réservation de dernière minute près de la gare Personnel souriant ,accueillant Chambre propre ,literie confortable et propre ,déco sympa avec un bureau et 2 fauteuils ainsi quene petite table basse Mon seul bémol est la cabine de douche que j'ai trouvé un peu petite .....mais propre et eau chaude de plus dans salle de bain produit hygiène offert Et pour un hôtel près d'une grande gare à un petit prix je ne pensais pas avoir une si belle chambre De plus j'étais au 5eme vu magnifique

j’ai réservé par internet une chambre .lors de ma réservation il y’a eu un bug sur le site et il y’a eu 2 reserservations auquel les je n’ai rien validé j’ai expliqué à l hôtel le jour même ce qui s’est passé l hôtel ma dit que effect il trouvait bizarre que pour une même personne ily avait trois réservation il aurait pu faire le remboursement de suite il ne l’a pas fait prétextant que c’était le responsable qui devait faire le nécessaire Depuis une semaine il me tourne en boutique en me demandant mon code iban pour le remboursement et me dise aujourd’hui que c’est impossible De plus l hôtel est sale vieux l’accueil exécrable Bien entendu je ne le recommande pas à fuir

Parfait emplacement, personnel accueillant”
Le personnel était vraiment accueillant, la chambre était propre, l'internet était rapide, je n'ai pas entendu ce que d'autres voyageurs faisaient ou parlaient. Mais la nuit il y avait un peu de bruit qui venait par la fenetre.
