The only things missing are the means to make tea or coffee. Quiet room, the beds were very comfortable, the shower had decent pressure and lots of hot water and the optional breakfast was pretty good value for about 9Euros. No bedside tables & no where to put anything

i would not stay again in this hotel just because our room was very small. i was simply unable to stay vertically with my height of 182cm (not too much). breakfast is pretty simple but good so far.

The hotel is located very close to everything, easy to walk everywhere. The girl on reception was super friendly and helpful and welcoming.

Good for business traveler. The price is cheap and the hotel is clean. Station is in walking distance (5 minutes).

coronavirus ruined our break no breakfast,no tea or coffee all shops and restaurants closed all museams closed cut our trip short and came home staff at hotel were amazing though

We grabbed a coffee in the restaurant Sat evening. There was only 1 waiter. Poor guy had to run around and do everything by himself. 10 tables with guests. He was doing a great job though. We stayed for 4 nights and were satisfied with the hotel. English speaking staff is helpful and polite. The morning breakfast is sumptuous by French standards. All sights in Lille are within walking distance from the hotel. You can even walk to/from the TGV or intercity rail station if you have light luggage.

Reception staff couldn't be more helpful. Room very clean and modern, with the highest quality bed and bathroom I've ever seen in France for a 3-star hotel. Nespresso machine was also a nice touch. No complaints.

The stay was 3 nights. Went very fast. Easy going hotel well located. No stress, everything walking distance. Room was clean and practical, service easy but efficient.

This hotel is a little gem. For the price, it was well located (just a 5/8 min walk from the main area), the rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were very helpful and friendly - I would definitely stay again

My stay at this hotel was very good, the rooms are very comfortable, the staff very helpful. The staff also had a good understanding of the English language. The hotel is close enough to the Eurostar train station so that one can walk to of from. I have no problems in recommending this hotel to stay at whilst in Lille.

I will recommend the hotel to anyone and hope to be able to stay again. The hotel was just opposite the central train station and was across the bridge to the excellent shopping mall Euralille. The room was very comfortable and I hardly felt like leaving it. The staff was very helpful and gave good recommendations about traveling and attractions.

The hotel is well situated for access into city centre and was very well presented and the staff were exceedingly polite.

The hotel is centrally located near all the sites and restaurants that you would need and there is a city bike rental stand nearly in front of the hotel. The staff was warm, friendly, and informative.

For the money, this is an exceptionally good hotel. Recently built, it offers fairly standard rooms but with a free minibar containing soft-drinks and snacks.
