            Stay away.”

            Rude and unhelpful hotel staff who would hang up the phone on your mid-speech. Pitch black inside with no staff to help with check in until 4:15PM while it was -10C outside and there was no lobby for you to wait inside.

            Good value for money but not an ideal option ”

            Booked this hotel following our friend’s choice. I will state the facts for folks’ consideration:1) price is not bad in the area and we stay at off season (jan); 2. Location is good, close to the cable station and ski equipment shop, restaurants all in walking distance (but most hotels are like that) ；3. No elevator so if u have big luggages, a bit challenging; 4. Rooms are smAll and simple without a lot of services, not super clean either (our friend’s room’s carpet is dirty). 5. crews are polite but not offering a lot of service. If I come next time (the Courchevel ski is great !!!), I will find a different option.
