fantastic skiing, awful apartment”

location, good shower
very tired, needed a good clean, too small for 5 people, not enough mugs or chairs at the table, beds very uncomfortable, when we arrived the door was broken and the light in the hallway wasn’t working, not even a roll of toilet paper!!!

Beaucoup de choses à revoir”

L emplacement et la vue
Impossible de fermer à clef la porte d entrée. A la fin du séjour nous ne fermions plus à clef. La poignée de la salle de bain nous restait toujours en main. Un technicien de Maeva est venu essayer de réparer mais cela n a pas marché car il faut changer les serrures. Le lave vaisselle est à changer car il faut arriver à l ouvrir. Là aussi un technicien est venue et il a finalement cassé la poignée pour qu on puisse l ouvrir. Enfin ce qui est très désagréable en sortant de l appartement ,ce sont les odeurs de cuisine du restaurant en bas car la bouche d évacuation est au niveau de notre étage. Et en plus comme la porte d entrée ferme mal.

Situation de l'appartement Équipement / linge de lit
Très mauvaise communication de la part de Booking.com qui envoie des dizaines de mails pour de "soit disant" renseignements sur l'arrivée. Nous sommes arrivés à 18h15 en pleine tempête de neige : pas de personnel ppur récupérer notre appartement alors que les horaires indiquées sur booking.com étaient entre17h et 19h. Pas de réponse téléphonique. Nous avons dû chercher pendant 30min des clés dans une boîte/coffre au fin fond de la station. Aucune indication de cette boîte a clef par booking.com. Idem pour rendre les clefs : zéro communication c'est à nous de nous débrouiller sans personnel sur place. Concernant l'appartement, salle de bain limite niveau hygiène.. et télévision qui marche une fois sur deux.

veel. het was een vier persoonsappartement. Terwijl we voor vijf personen hebben geboekt. bv vier eettafel stoelen en alles was veel te krap, ook de skillokker (skieschoenen paste er niet in). maar te zwijgen over de bedden, echt niet acceptabel.
