I was so impressed with this hotel, the staff are amazing and they made me and my family feel so welcome and looked after especially when travelling with a toddler. The location is perfect and the rooms are wonderful. We will be staying here again.

It was a very nice stay, the room is beautifully designed, the bathroom size is outstanding and you could not find a better location. The only down fall of this hotel is the sewage smell down by the bar.

Great location and clean, unique room. We did have some communication troubles with the front desk, despite my French. On our last night we ordered room service that was cold and inedible.

Not worth money”
Not a 5-star hotel at all. Automatic toilet not working and been told that the technician would come to fix it next week. Limited breakfast and cannot order an simple omelet because the chef was not there to service!! How could this happen with 5-star hotel. I guess maybe it is self-awarded star.

Beautiful but lacking in every way ”
This little hotel is stunning to look at and walk round but the staff let it down in every way possible even forget it to clean our room. Breakfast is a rip of and facility’s are non it might look 5 star but the service is anything but

Fantastic Location”
We booked this hotel mainly because of its proximity to the Arc de Triomphe which is a mere few yards from the hotel and in fact you can see it from our window. The décor is quirky but modern and amusing. The room had all the facilities you could want and the shower was particularly great. Staff friendly and helpful

Great location and clean room ”
Staff are not really friendly . Can not comment more on facilities because I do not have time to use them . The rest are fine , can see part of arc de triomphe from the window . Abit noise from the street because we were put in first floor, location is great .

loved this hotel and will return”
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful and so comfortable. The Japanese toilet was different but was a added feature to the room. We did try to order room service once but they didn't have half the menu options available which was a little disappointing. The restaurant just across the road from the hotel is worth a visit as the food was lovely and pretty good value for Paris. This was an ideal place to stay and would like to return one day.

I love the AC”
I think it's a little bit expensive regarding room size and hotel size. The elevator was a little old as well. However, the AC inside the room was so cool which I would recommend to the people who prefer to be in colde temperature. The staffs are so nice. I would give them 10 stars. The location was close to the shopping street but still, we had to walk for 5 minutes. Overall, it's a good place to stay but it's too expensive in my opinion especially it's not the holiday period. The price might be average in Paris. I'm not sure about it.

Quirky with a view”
We stayed the last part of our trip after being in the 7th district. Both I loved! The hotel staff was courteous and spiel English really well which helped. Adorable, comfortable little hotel with a great view of the Arc.

i have stayed there for the second time which speaks for itself. the hotel rooms are nicely decorated. bathrooms deserve a special "thank you" to the architect. reception is very attentive to the smallest requests.

+The location is good which is near metro station and le bus direct stop. +The lobby and room are clean and modern +The staff are helpful and nice -They are applied the sleeping notice on my door while we are in room,but they haven’t remove the card when we go out,they missed the cleaning service. -The coffee machine is not work -Some room charged aren’t work -without hair conditioner -The wine glass is dirty

This is just a room and breakfast. There are no facilities at all so really I cant grade the staff, great location, superb decor and well sound proofed rooms- but that is it... It is exactly what I wanted...

Expensive with an ok location”
i had a pleasant stay, but i was a solo traveller so the room was ok. but couldn't have fit another person in it. no idea how a couple would have managed. not having a concierge is a serious issue for this hotel.
