Small but clean”
Very clean. But may be loud at night. Might not be good for light sleepers as there are street cars on one side of the street and I heard trains on the other? That I'm not sure. It didn't impact us that much because we were so tired with a full day walking. It might be hot in the summer and it doesn't seem to have AC.

Comfortable, Cozy room, Close to metro”
In arr 15, just opposite to metro. Cozy room, not big but comfortable. Thanks god that air-con available, we couldn't live without it under haetwave. However, there is no fridge, can't store juice and yogurt in room. The bakery opposite to hotel has good breads, recommended for breakfast.

A simple hotel that meets your resting needs”
It’s conveniently located near Balard metro station and tram stop, making it easy to travel by public transport to the airports. There’s also a bakery just across the road in front but it doesn’t open till very late. Further down from the bakery is also a small mini-mart.

Good and quiet hotel for travellers”
I booked myself six days in this hotel for a double bed room, even I travel alone. I enjoyed all the peace this hotel gave me after much walking from museum visit. It was located at Balad station, the last station of route M8 which avoids lots of visitors. A good supermarket nearby. Most important, the walls are solid and I have had good sleep every night. I shall come back here when I visit Paris again.

Very nice place and cheap”
It's a great hotel compare to price and vest place. There are bus stops and the metro station next to the hotel. Also, there is a very nice bakery in front of it so you don't need to have breakfast at the hotel. You can get the Seine river in about 5minute by walk so I was jogging in the morning while a was staying it.

No frills accommodations ”
Upon arrival, staff was courteous and check in was easy. Didn’t really need to talk to the staff unless the door key/AC didn’t work. Don’t forget the tax! Room was clean but small, asked for a bigger room, however “all booked”. No amenities in room except hot pot, safe, hair dryer, and TV (which had no English subtitles). No mini fridge in room but they will keep your stuff in their fridge in main lobby. Bathroom was nice with daily towel service for the number of people in room. AC was essential d/t the heat wave we had while in Paris!! However, it did break down twice...once on a Sunday, when nobody works. Hotel was conveniently located next to the metro station. Easy to get to the Eiffel Tower and other beautiful sites within city of Paris. I recommend this hotel for the value of the stay. I do not recommend this hotel if you want a more luxurious room. Convenient, but, definitely a no frills place to stay!

The staff do not have too much smile. The price is reasonable and include breakfast, even the breakfast do not have so many choice, we enjoy some of it and the coffee a lot. The hotel is near last station of line 8 - Balard station with only 1 min walk, it is convenience and the zone 15 is safe. But actually, this zone is rare traveler and little far away from the city, we don't feel good in the train and the line 8 is old. Also, we can not find any elevator from exit 1, we have to carry our big luggage by ourselves, it's too hard for us. and it takes more than 1 hrs to the airport.

Nothing special - very average”
Nothing too great. Rooms are much smaller than what shows in the pictures. Breakfast is less than average. The staff at breakfast doesn’t understand English. Very limited choice. Check-in was a problem. The front desk and housekeeping seemed to have no coordination. We reached at 10.30 (3.5 hours before check in time). We were told to come at 12 and the room would be ready. We wasted 1.5 hours randomly sitting around. Nothing happened at 12. Nothing even happened at 12.30. On asking, the lady said the housekeeping manager has not updated her system (she didn’t seem willing to just call and check!). Asked again at 12.45. Nothing again, same response. Gave up! Left for sightseeing and returned at 3.30. Thankfully cleaning was done by this time and we got the room. Good part, bus stop and metro station very close to the hotel. Overall, I would not return here.

As expected in Paris small room but still comfortable & neat. No fridge in the room. Taxi from hotel to airport around Euro$50, 30 mins journey.
