Room not comfortable and dirty”
Rooms are not the same as the photos and different from what we have reserved, everything were different and toilet is dirty. And no basic 4 starts hotel requirements were available, like coffee machine and fridge and slippers.

Good location but bad service”
Staying for a week. I booked for the hotel room but they gave a residence room which is located 50m away and make me walk every morning to the hotel lobby for breakfast. Phone in the room was out of order so i had to walk again to the hotel for toilet paper and towel refill. Worse thing is that they handed over those papers and towels at the hotel and i had to walk through the rush hour crowd of the metro station to go to my room. This was the worst experience in my whole life. I asked a staff to deliver to my room earlier but didn't work. There were at least four staffs at the desk in the evening. Nice location for move if a little noise and vibration from metro doesn't bother you.

No one has changed towels or taken the rubbish out for all 4 days of staying in the hotel. A 4-star hotel should remember about things like this. It wasn't clean enough.

Difficult to access, expencive and terible parking”
It was difficult accessing the hotel due to all the works in the area. Our reservation was saying 4 adults and 2 children, and the site we uded for the reservetion was saying breakfast included. We ended up paying for 2 extra beds and for the breakfast. The acces to the parking space was teribly narrow for a SUV. Ended up scratching one of the rims. A good part...the staff was friendly and willing to help.

Great value for Paris”
This was a great value for a city like Paris. I wish however that there had been more attention to details. The apartment had a kitchen, but some of the necessities were missing like utensils.

YMCA”
This is a YMCA, not a hotel. I booked a double room for comfort, but got two rooms full of beds with not a chair or a couch. all the additional beds were cots, with no conversion to Couch possible, an low to the floor, so you can't really sit on them. The main bed was the least comfortable bed I have slept in in years... And the whole room showed traces of neglect, chips on almost every piece of furniture left. Not an pretty place. Now if you are 5 students looking for a room... then maybe this is the place for you... When I asked for a different room, the answer was, that they are all in the same setup. But if you look online, they make it look like you get a comfortable room, but no, it is the reception area...

Personal super, der Rest mangelhaft”
Das Personal war stehts freundlich, die Lage mit eigener Tiefgarage ist super! Das Zimmer, in dem wir mit zwei kleinen Kinder untergebracht wurden, war leider das ganze gegen Teil. Im Bad waren sämtliche Fugen verschimmelt, die Betten waren dreckig, teilweise mit Gelben Flecken. Von Haaren in allen Bereichen abgesehen. Das Frühstück machte zunächst einen guten eindruck, bis wir das verschmutzte Geschir gesehen haben. Die Deck im Frühstücksraum ist rissig und brüchig, da kann man niemanden Frühstücken lassen. Unterm Strich, bekommt man für das viele Geld, was eine übernachtung kostet eig. nichts. Dank der hohen Nachfrage kann man es sich natürlich leisten.

Prima für einen Kurztrip”
Wir waren mit 7 Personen hier. Die Lage fanden wir super da es direkt an der RER Station Naterre prefecture liegt und man alles super erreichen konnte. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist neben dem Hotel. Das Hotel hat einen Haupteingang mit Rezeption wo sich der Frühstücksraum befindet. Modern eingerichtet.Hier gibt es auch Zimmer.Leider waren wir dort nicht untergebracht. Unsere Zimmer waren ok aber an der Reinigung der Zimmer muss noch mehr getan werden.Die Zimmer waren definitiv nicht so schön modern wie auf den Bildern abgebildet.Auch musste eines unserer Zimmer gewechselt werden da die Klima nicht funktionierte. So kam meine Tochter und Freund in das Hauptgebäude und hatten dann ein moderneres Zimmer.Das Personal ist sehr nett und auch das Frühstück prima. Netterweise konnten wir unsere Koffer am letzten Tag ohne Probleme im Hotel lassen und konnten noch einen schönen Tag in Paris verbringen .

camera sporca; INSETTI nella vasca (HO LE FOTO); nessuno ci aveva avvisato che la pulizia ed il cambio biancheria fosse previsto ogni 4 giorni... (probabilmente era scritto in piccolissimo da qualche parte sul sito...); personale scontroso, indisponibile, maleducato; chiudono la sala colazione alle 9.55 mentre e' scritto 10.00, in 4 minuti primi non c'e' piu' nulla perche' velocissimi fanno sparire tutto! proteste quotidiane degli altri clienti; personale disinformato: abbiamo chiesto che orario avesse la metro di Parigi il giorno di Capodanno la risposta e' stata ultima corsa alle 00.30 dell'uno mentre tutta Parigi sa che la metro rimane aperta eccezionalmente tutta la notte ed e' gratuita!!! Sono un forte viaggiatore ma difficilmente mi sono trovato cosi' male. colazione abbondante unico piccolo fatto positivo.
