Great location but small rooms”
i have stayed 2 times in mercure hotel wagram and i loved it. the hotel is conveniently located near arc de triomphe and champs elysees area. walking distance for about 5 minutes. after tired shoping hours or chill out in cafes at champs elysees you do not need to worry of the hassle taking metro going back. the room is very small, but the facilities is sufficient. they also provide free wifi which really accommodate to the needs of travellers.

This hotel is located 2-3 hundred metres from the arc de triomphe. Easy access to the metro. room is a bit small yet you can find everything you need in the room. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Staff was amazing and friendly. Breakfast was great and so many thai restaurants next door to have lunch and dinner. Within short walking distance to Champs Elysee and the Arc De Triomphe. Perfect location really!

A great, clean, comfortable hotel just near the arc d' triomphe. Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, well stocked minibar. The room is small, but its Paris - all rooms are. Absolutely amazing experience. Will definitely go back.

Great location for sight-seeing in Paris. 2mins walk from Arc de Triomphe, 3 mins from Champ Elysee. Good access to both Orly and Charles de Charles de Gaulle airport by Air France limousine bus that arrives at la place de l'Etoile. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was small, but just clean and lean. Just right for short stay.

Very pleasant during my stay. We are allow for early check in as our flight arrived at 6am. The staffs are helpful and friendly, hotel is at great location. Excellent! If i visit paris again in the future, definitely will book the same hotel!

Convenient Location Hotel location”
Airport bus stop is 5-10 min walking distance away and also near to shopping district. There is a small supermarket nearby, not forgetting there is a nice restaurants near the hotel. The staff is very friendly and greeted us every morning. The room is small but for the price paid, should be reasonable.

Inability of hotel to honor my booking”
I booked two rooms for my family of 5 including two minors and one adult (18 yrs). On arrival at hotel, I was told to book another room as they don’t allow three in a room. This was contrary to their booking earlier. Despite multiple deliberations, I have to ultimately book third room for my 18 years at a higher than usual cost. Two of minors couldn’t stay in a room alone and therefore I and my wife have to sleep with each one overnight. Mercure was unable to honor my booking and spoiled my vacation. Very unprofessional behavior of the hotel administration.

Beautifully appointed. English speaking reception staff. Helpful when assistance required. Printed our boarding passes with no fuss or cost. Breakfast was very good and selection was also very good.
