Mission Bay / Point Loma Heights hotels & accommodations
When In San Diego there is so much to do and see. My husband and two young children wanted to experience the perfect family staycation. We are familiar with beaches and nearby cities . San Diego is all in one. The location for the hotel is perfect due to the fact you have access to the beaches, historical artifacts and the downtown near by. Location Wise , 100% could...
Clean, great staff, bar and food areas around the pool are awesome to hang out at and on the bay activities will keep you busy and having fun for days. The only let down with our room was a small bathroom with the shower in the bath tub and shower curtain, which I hate, and the bathtub itself was very small not long or deep enough for an adult and even small for a coupl...
The staff were polite and patient, checking in was a breeze. They do require a $100 deposit upon check-in so be aware. It seems that due to the low price and location there are alot of folks on hotel vouchers staying there. However, it is safe and clean on the inside. Great value if you just need a place to stay for the night in San Diego.
Great location for sea world or main San Diego only 15mins drive we arrived very early but was allowed to check in staff were great and friendly got some good tips on where to go hotel is near shops and restaurants all walking distance if you don't want to drive you can hear planes go over to airport but didn't bother us so much to do we were worn out nice size rooms ...
Easy to find with restaurants across the street. An medium sized outdoor pool would be perfect if there is a toilet/ change room next to it. Above standard motel with nice staff and lots of travel info available. Wash basin separately located next to the bed which was a bit weird. Overall it is a great place to stay en route a road trip.
We ended up here after being screwed over by another hotel. It was spur of the moment. HoJo didn't blink. They got us squared away quick and even had patience with us the next when it took us forever to leave. I would tell you...go stay at HoJo they are like family.
We'd stayed for around a week there. The car could be just parked outside the door. The breakfast has limited choice, and not tasty at all. Do not expect much on the breakfast. Nevertheless, there were starbucks and cheap restuarants just next to the motel that it's much cheaper than those located in downtown. Supermarkets and TK were found next to the motel that you c...
This was my second time staying here. I chose it for the convenient location in relation to gaslamp, mission bay, PB, and more! This hotel is a good central location and that's why I chose to stay here during my birthday weekend. That's where all the pros start! Upon check in my fiancé told them it was my birthday and they upgraded our room, sent us a bottle of wine, a...
We spent 2 nights at The Dana. We biked all around Mission Bay, the boardwalk and up to La Jolla. We had breakfast both mornings at the hotel and it was excellent. We loved our stay!
Very good location and easy access to most attractions in San Diego. Staff very good and helpful especially front reception. One of the best so far I have encountered. Cleanliness top notch. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next trip.
Great location - really close to the airport as well.
Location, beautiful grounds. Overpriced on rentals, overpriced for coffee in lobby, rug in room was very filthy and noisy when water was run in other rooms. No drinking glasses and only 1 cup for Kuric coffee maker.
Pros: 1. Great location. Close to Pacific. Great for walking the boardwalk. Many restaurants within walking distance. 2. Room has a great view. Room was clean. Did not notice any musty /moldy smell (as others have reviewed). Room with a kitchen was a major plus! 3. Many amenities of things to do. Boat ride was great! Hanging out on mission Bay. Evening activities cr...
