The Hilton @ Mission Valley has become drab and grey. The lighting in the hallways is dim and dull, and carpark is quite terrible in my opinion. To make things worse, the Hilton charges $22/night for parking. Other hotels (eg. Hilton Garden Inn) is offering free parking on-site. Front desk was stiffly polite, but otherwise unhelpful and not very accommodating. The fall...

We love this hotel! Upon checking in, they give out their complimentary cookies. It was to die for! My kids kept asking for more. Rooms are big, laundromat available, good location and courteous staff. We had a memorable stay here than the Hilton across where the staff at front desk were rude. Staff here were very accommodating!

I suppose for the price you can’t complain too much but I was disappointed that in general the property is a little worn out. Four instance in my room the sofa had multiple stains on it that actually made me uncomfortable sitting on it. The coffee table and furniture in the room was generally banged up and scratched and scuffed just not looking very good.
