The Hotel is new and its cleanliness is impeccable. The staff is friendly and could answer all my questions. I booked the room for 3 person which has 3 comfy and spacious beds. I liked that the shower room is separate from toilet. Some floors have drink vending machines and other floors have laundry machine. I could use the laundry machine paying with suica card and they had all the procedures printed at the local explaining since the washing and drying modes to payment procedures. The breakfast is delicious with a great variety of food which I would like to highlight the French toast, salad, smoked salmon, sliced pineapple, sausages, scrambled egg, bacon, miso soup, and juices. The French toast with berry jam is a must try. Mitsui Garden Yokohama is a great value hotel, located in a modern and quiet neighborhood and close to two train stations.

I had the most incredible experience at this hotel—they helped me pull off the perfect surprise proposal. Exceptional cleanliness and staff. The room is very well designed with modern touches. However, the hotel is little too far from the train stations. It was especially so on very hot and humid days.
